Shepard Smith reporting... Rep. Hoyer quoted as saying Pelosi has decided to pitch pro-life Dems over the side and pass Obamacare without them... unknown how they will get the votes... still rumors of parliamentary tricks to pass a bill for which they do not have the votes.

Pelosi and Hoyer will call everyone back for an emergency session at 3:00 a.m. but will not call the Republicans and pro-life Democrats until 4:00 a.m. They will have a quorum allowing them to do business and will have 50% of those present voting yes.

It may be that they are not really “pro-life” but just say they are. Many are easily fooled in America.
It is not dead until Pelosi either doesn’t talk about it any more or talks about it entirely in the past tense. I see an outside possibility, but a possibility nonetheless, that Soetoro and Pelosi will more or less implement the core provisions by decree, executive orders and Declaring it passed. Then we either get acquiescence or we get The Crisis.

In the US, the prez will not get away with ruling by decree. That’s his Chavez option - and it’s about all he’s got left - which is scary... but I don’t think it will work in the US - i don’t think he’d last 24 hours after trying it. JMHO.

The tyrants see “health care” as the means to controlling our behavior. For instance, gun ownership can be re-defined as a health care issue. The CDC has already tried this once.
Politicians see it as issue to be exploited for the foreseeable future (”Vote for me and I’ll give you MORE FREE HEALTH CARE!” and “My opponent wants to CUT your health care!”)
They know that they can change it later after it is signed into law. Just get it through! Amnesty will be the real Trojan Horse though. That is coming soon, to an election near you; Millions of new Democrats swarming the polls to vote for their new providers and Over Lords!

Based on what? Not trying to be pessimistic, but I just can’t see them failing at this point. They’ve bet EVERYTHING on it. I have a terrible feeling that they’ll get it through by hook or crook. Please convince me I’m wrong!
We can only hope but I wouldn't be so sure.And I feel that way after considering the central question here....is there *any* level to which the current RAT leadership won't stoop to get control of 1/6th of this nation's economy...of the very *lives* of every single person in this country? I’m not so sure. Reid and Pelosi are set for life (even if they lose office, they can have cushy lobbyist jobs easy), as are are other powerful legislators. The others, I’m not so sure about. There seems to be a disconnect between the congressional leaders and “peons” in Congress. I hope the peopns there relaize it.

Yep. As long as nobody stands up and requests a quorum call, they can vote as long as 25 (or is it 25%?) of the people there will agree to take the vote. If she only calls in her “sure” votes, she can do it. None of them will request a quorum. She knows people will be outraged if they were to pass it this way (tyranny) but they just don’t care. It’s do or die.
The only way to stop it is to have at least one of the good guys there 24/7 to call for a quorum count. But I think she can still get away with it if, say, the House is still in session but they’re not around to answer the quorum bells because they’re on their way out of town for Easter break. Not sure. I hope someone in the House is watching this very carefully.
He has lasted a year as a foreigner in the Presidency. I think you give way too much credit to a poplation that has learned its history in the public schools for three or four generations now.
What I’d like to see happen is for about three of these hard-core rat “No” voters from conservatives districts to keep hemming and hawwing and wheeling and dealing and eventually tell them, “Okay, you have my vote.” Then vote “No” when the vote is taken. Sucker punch the bastards. They would be assured re-election and would be heroes. Then they could just change parties since the rats would strip them of all their committees and punish them in other ways. It’s a win-win-win scenario.

I’ve often wondered why they don’t use the leadership’s own tactics against them and do just that—vote no after leading them on to believe that they will vote yes. And like you, I’d like to see them switch to the Repub. side so that they can’t be retaliated against. We need to pray that God will intervene and create even more chaos, strife, and infighting among the Dems. At this point, it looks inevitable that some rule or ploy WILL be created to bulldoze this through.

ANYTHING can be brought under a “definition” of for “health,” about “health”, about “BEHAVIOR.”, ANYTHING THAT WE USE. That’s the plan. Control of the assets, and control of the bank accts. Debit anything, anytime, at others expense, and not their own.
These people are right on the edge, if not already, of breaking due process of the law. Lawlessness.
