So far Obama has not proposed free healthcare. He’s proposed $900 billion in new taxes, cuts in Medicare, healthcare rationing, and mandatory health insurance. All of these negatively affect blacks as well as whites. Low income families have had free healthcare since Clinton’s executive order back in the ‘90’s forcing hospitals to provide it.
So far the only folks who have received free student loans are Congressional aids. These are almost all the kids of rich white Dems. Blacks can already go to school for free even if they’re ACT scores are only 60% of what the white kids score.
