He did.
Wow. Then he’s a lot nuttier than I thought.
He had a big mea culpa a few months into Obama’s reign where he said he was wrong. To me, it is hard to pay attention to anyone stupid enough to have been taken in by Obama. Denninger does have interesting things to say, though. I haven’t written him off entirely.
Yeah, I don’t understand how that works. I thought he was as smart as can be. Way smarter than me for sure. Yet, I wasn’t fooled by Obama for even one second. I guess everybody has blind spots, but having one about Obama is rather unfortunate.
As he points out, NOT ONE PERSON has yet to be prosecuted for the demolition of the economy, compared to over a thousand during the savings and loan crisis of the 1980s.
Why?
because the Democrat Party has huge campaign donations from Wall Street, especially Goldman Sachs.
Exactly. I had read that also(recently), and my respect for Denninger has gone way down in that regard (politics/philosophy). It is worse than unfortunate. Something other than a blind spot is at work in any person's mind who voted for Barack. The underinformed/educated are unfortunate useful idiots. The others,....?
I do find him very informative/educational on financial instruments and the manipulators of those instruments.
Thanks for the info, Defiant. Thanks for the info and links, Revel. BTTT!
Thanks. One of the things I have learned in life is that you can’t really make anyone your hero on a “total” basis. I was let down many times right here on FR by doing that.
