O/CARE Pages 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an individual’s bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

Can anyone explain the justification for this OUTRAGEOUS attack on Liberty??? How is this being "justified" in any way, shape, or manner???

PASTE THIS ON YOUR BATHROOM MIRROR AND MEMORIZE IT Vladimir Lenin: "Medicine is the keystone of the arch of the socialist state." Once govt gets control of medical care, all the defining, controlling features of socialist govt can be introduced, one by one. E-v-e-r-y-thing we Americans do is related to health.

======================================

OHAHA'S DEFACING THE CONSTITUTION His socialized health care is impossible without seizing private medical records----BUT the 4th Amendment prohibits seizure without warrants. He'll do it anyway.

We ain't seen nuttin' yet. Ohaha’s got BIG plans, much much BIGGER PLANS for us. Ohaha keeps saying: "I'm not tired. I'm just getting started." The whole thing is a scam---no matter what they say, no matter what they look like they're doing, it will all change to fit Obama's agenda.

Thanks for the ping, JustPiper.

This whole thing is POPULATION control. The gov’t gets total control over who lives and who dies.

Old and sickly? You’re time is up. Abortions? Yep, that’s a good thing. Illegals? Yep, potential voters are always welcomed.

These bastards WILL roast in HE!!.

“I really think 0bama is going to pull a Chavez. I really do.”

This is looking more and more likely by the day. Question is, what do we do.

Gibbs says obamacare will be the ‘law of the land’ by next Sunday...naw, the only thing that may happen by next Sunday is a coup d’etat against the US Constitution.

What will we do?!

“That’s 2 million+ people who will left without a say if the vote occurs before those House seats are filled.”

Since 55 to 65% of Americans oppose these bills, that’s about 130 million Americans without a say in the SLAUGHTER.

So the UR rate will fall to 13.4% after they pass this?

We had darned well make SURE that the unemployment rate, especially in leftist cities, rises to 20% or more if this passes. We need to SHUT THIS COUNTRY DOWN!

++++++++++++++++

Short, medium and long term action points - along the lines of shutting down the country if this passes - see point 4 below:

1) Keep calling:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2466657/posts?page=37#37
http://nrcc.org/codered/targets/

2) If this is rammed down our throats, despite all of our efforts, we point to 2012, and in the meantime tie it up in the courts and postpone any tax collections on it until such a time as it is ruled constitutional (or forever if it is ruled unconstitutional.)

3) If they still try to collect taxes we should institute an immediate and gradiated taxpayer revolt. Lift the number of your dependents so that the least amount of taxes are with-held. Some people may consider with-holding their quarterly payments (independent business people). We institute immediately a HUGE legal defense fund to immediately and aggressively defend any legal actions against anyone involved in the taxpayer revolt - under the premise of the HCR Socialism Care Constitionality question.

4) Continue to legistlatively deny funding to the Socialist monster = Fed. Government. Republicans should threaten and actually bring Government to a grinding halt (other than our military, prisons, police and fire.)

5) Continue the 2010 brow beating that started in 2010. Elect a Freedom loving, socialist hating president - to continue cleaning up the mess of the socialist RATS.

6) Implement zero deficit based budgeting - continue to clean up all of the entitlement debt liabilities and clarify what we can and can’t expect out of these legacy entitlement programs. Begin the tough work of ramping them back to a reality basis - or eliminating many of the 2,000 fed entitlements.

One of the bills additions seems to now be a public option. It also appears illegal immigrants will have access but no penalty for non- compliance.

Subtitle B—Public Health Insurance Option

From page 1167 of the bill:,

SEC. 221. ESTABLISHMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF A PUBLIC HEALTH INSURANCE OPTION AS AN EXCHANGE-QUALIFIED HEALTH BENEFITS PLAN.

(a) ESTABLISHMENT.—For years beginning with Y1, the Secretary of Health and Human Services (in this subtitle referred to as the ‘‘Secretary’’) shall provide for the offering of an Exchange-participating health benefits plan (in this subdivision referred to as the ‘‘public health insurance option’’) that ensures choice, competition, and stability of affordable, high quality coverage throughout the United States in accordance with this subtitle.

In designing the option, the Secretary’s primary responsibility is to create a low-cost plan without compromising quality or access to care.

Senate Bill
House Bill
Obama Bill
Reconciliation Bill
Slaughter Bill
Rule Bill
Shell Bill
There is no Bill

A chart would be helpful to make sense or nonsense of the path this beast is moving on. Many detours away from a straight vote in both houses.

Seems there should be a means to stop the use of the slaughter solution now. -(I am not in the legal field)- could GOP require a court ruling as to whether it is Constitutional , some type of injunction to stop use of the procedure until then.

update from Hot air link

sounds like the ,rationing (death panels)

Update: Page 1557 has the Comparative Effectiveness Center:

(1) IN GENERAL.—The Secretary shall establish within the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality a Center for Comparative Effectiveness Research (in this section referred to as the ‘Center’) to conduct, support, and synthesize research (including research conducted or supported under section 1013 of the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act of 2003) with respect to the outcomes, effectiveness, and appropriateness of health care services and procedures in order to identify the manner in which diseases, disorders, and other health conditions can most effectively and appropriately be prevented, diagnosed, treated, and managed clinically.

Read the whole section, but pay attention to the composition of the panel, especially the last discipline:

(i) DIVERSE REPRESENTATION OF PERSPECTIVES.—The members of the Commission shall represent a broad range of perspectives and shall collectively have experience in the following areas:

(I) Epidemiology.
(II) Health services research.
(III) Bioethics.
(IV) Decision sciences.
(V) Health disparities.
(VI) Economics.
What is “comparative effectiveness”? It’s a system of rationing scarce resources

Ping to Health Care Bill PDF. The public option is back. Really huge problem there.

If this is passed , the destruction of America will be cranked up 10 fold to what it is now.

Very mean spirited bill. Denigrates the freedoms of Americans wholesale.

We will never surrender.

Related to School loans Obama Administration Files Brief Supporting Racial Preferences in University Admissions thread,

Filed on Friday,

--the Obama administration filed an amicus brief in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, supporting the use of racial preferences by the University of Texas in its undergraduate admissions. The brief is a full-throated endorsement of such discrimination, and it goes out of its way to say that the administration will support it at the K-12 level, too, as well as throughout university ---

Goes with the agenda of spreading the wealth,-- Bottom line, White working middle class Americans will get the shaft in all of O's agendas which they finance. (Seems Rush is right ,O has a chip on his shoulders)

Make sure you have a zip code for their districts when you call.

If not, make sure you say, you will donate to their Republican opponent.

emergency rooms will be forced to provide "interpreters" and "translation services"

I should add that in addition to being a ridiculous burden to hospitals, this provision will provide an avenue for law suits which allege that some medical condition or other worsened because a hospital failed to provide adequate "translation services."

Folks,

Republicans can easily destroy the “health care reform” bill right now; if they will but repeatedly and emphatically declare:

IT WILL KILL OUR STRUGGLING ECONOMY.

If every prominent Republican who attends a presser or gives an interview emphasizes that one crystallized point; the political pressure and citizenry push-back against wavering Democrats in the House will be enormous and irresistible.

ECONOMY KILLER equals JOBS KILLER. And the case can easily and succinctly be made that this new, massively unfunded entitlement will require massive new taxes while hobbling the medical industry. That’s obviously an economy killer. As unpopular as this piece of crap bill is, it can immediately be made much more so with simple clarion emphasis regarding its destructiveness to the American economy.

The American people already hate what the bill stands for (the substance of the bill) as well as they hate the corrupt process that has produced it. Now it needs to be branded into the national psyche that the bill will obviously cause long-term, personal financial pain for everyone. - If Republicans would simply apply massive pressure to this one point (using the new CBO numbers on the “reconciliation / fix it” bill as a new cause for alarm) that would be the ball game. There is no way Pelosi can secure wavering votes in the House if the Republicans concentrate exclusively on driving the message that this bill is toxic to our ailing economy.
