Yeah. I like the punch of the Tenth Amendment:
Bill of Rights, Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

Yes. The ABA is terrible. I had the “honor” to talk with a former ABA president when he was holding an interview. I whacked him with Chinagate if I recall, “nuclear treason”.
He told me that Bill Clinton was the greatest president in US history.
>The people are not bound to comply with any unconstitutional act of Congress. This is the point people need to be driving home with their Congress critters!<
I contacted my State Senator a while ago. I said this and they told me that they were fully authorized to make decisions on what needs to be purchased. Their example was “you pay for car insurance don’t you?” I said .. that is a STATE law, not federal. Do you know the difference?
The person on the phone bantered with me back and forth on the merits of health care and I shot everyone down. they finally tried to end the call with “I am sorry you and I disagree on the subject”
DISAGREE?
I told them, it is not your job to agree or disagree with me, nor is it the senators. Their job is to REPRESENT my wishes. I do not want this.
These people need to GO!
I left the ABA when Hillary and Anita Hill showed up. Its a tool of the Communist Party International.
God bless you.
He has!
