New evidence was released Thursday in the Casey Anthony murder case, including the amount of money she received from a television network, as well as conversations she had with other inmates.
Anthony's defense team told Judge Stan Strickland that she no longer has funds to pay for the trial. Her attorney testified ABC News paid Casey Anthony $200,000, but that those funds are now gone.

How many times have I heard Barbara Walters proclaim "ABC doesn't pay for stories". It's laughable.
what the hell did she do with the $$$$$?
It’s time for full disclosure; How many other weirdos or suspected murderers have profited from ABC’s check book interviews?

Paid the leeches.
Murdering scum ~ The msm base
Her lawyer probably figures now the money is gone, and the jig is up since her Dad allegedly told the mistress Casey killed the kid by accident and it just snowballed from there, that the Public Defender can handle it. Prior to this recent revelation, her lawyer probably figured on monies from book deals, etc., coming his way. The mistress supposedly passed a lie detector test, and, although I haven’t seen it yet, there is an article in the upcoming Natl Enq.
This case has drawn on longer than her daughter was alive.
Disgusting.
She paid it to her lawyer.
I know....and half the time they get the info wrong anyways....At least the National Enquirer gets a story right now and then...(John Edwards)
Ironically, around that same time, ABC spent $0 investigating the background of candidate Barack Ubanga.
I know the Anthony family have been on TV lately. Paying them or any of those people is unethical.
The trial is scheduled for May 2011. I have a bad feeling it will be like the OJ trial in 1995.
