I read through it briefly and if we had an honest court, I think it’s a good tactic. Unfortunately it won’t work. Bam is protected from having to prove anything.

I hate to admit it but my hopes of anything coming from this are growing dim.

One thing that occurs to me though is if this "health" care thingy somehow passes and people start getting penalized for not buy buying insurance or even threatened with legal action, wouldn't that give us standing to demand zer0's credentials?

Berg is asking that Bams senatorial pay be relinquished back as he contends Bam was not eligible to be a Senator because he’s not a US citizen.

You're probably right, at least the States are starting to step up to the plate and pass laws against this HCR debacle...should make for some interesting times.

I wonder what bammie has in mind to counter it?
