3 PM Obama meets with the Democratic caucus

2 p.m.: The House will debate for one hour the rules of debate for the reconciliation bill and the Senate bill.
3 p.m.: The House will vote to end debate and vote on the rules of the debate.
3:15 p.m.: The House will debate the reconciliation package for two hours.
5:15 p.m.: The House will vote on the reconciliation package.
5:30 p.m.: The House will debate for 15 minutes on a Republican substitute and then vote on the substitute.
6 p.m.: The House will vote on the final reconciliation package.
6:15 p.m.: If the reconciliation bill passes, the House will immediately vote on the Senate bill, without debate.
No they are passing the rules for debate.
While the democrats are performing a socialist takeover of America you choose this time to slander and falsley attack the GOP and Repbulicans . you claim wrongly that the REpublicans tripled the size of government. That’s liberal media lies. You can repeat liberal media lies well now back them up with facts.
Name the NUMBER of federal government agencies when the Republicans finally after 100 years achieve barely a bare majority in 1994. and then show how that number trippled by 2006 when the Democrats gained a super majority, show the NUMBER of agencies in 2006 or federal workers. if you can’t then you prove yourself totally misinformed and you are just spreading lies , slander against the GOP which will divide conservatives and gain more victories for Democrats so they can destroy our country faster, and that’s the media’s goal and what you are in effect helping them to do.
I can show the number of government workers per 1000 population decreased during the time the Republicans held barely a bare majority.
We will smash them in the next elections.

Watch for every wacky piece of legislation to be rammed through in the same manner.

I learned a number of things from him. One of the things I didn't remember until recently was his warning about Medicare.
Medicare was a new program (relatively speaking) at that time and he told me that it was an attempt to socialize medicine.
He was right. It was a start in that direction just like Social Security was an attempt to socialize retirement.
Of course not. The other 50 or so know that there will be federal funding of abortion. They also know that there will be private citizen funding of abortion at the point of a gun because they know that the President will mandate that private insurers cover abortion at the same time that he mandates private citizens pay insurance premiums (which will pay for those abortions). Face it, Stupak has completely sold out. He now joins a long list of Democrats who claim to be pro-life, but vote otherwise.
