11 AM Stupak press conference
12 PM Demonstration at the Capitol
3 PM Obama meets with the Democratic caucus

2 p.m.: The House will debate for one hour the rules of debate for the reconciliation bill and the Senate bill.
3 p.m.: The House will vote to end debate and vote on the rules of the debate.
3:15 p.m.: The House will debate the reconciliation package for two hours.
5:15 p.m.: The House will vote on the reconciliation package.
5:30 p.m.: The House will debate for 15 minutes on a Republican substitute and then vote on the substitute.
6 p.m.: The House will vote on the final reconciliation package.
6:15 p.m.: If the reconciliation bill passes, the House will immediately vote on the Senate bill, without debate.
Yes, I have long thought that our problems are way beyond politics anymore. The world is in need of direct intervention by God.

I was cheering for Michael Steele for a minute. Then he went off on his “go to GOP dot whatever”...and started on the political bandwagon. eff him too.
The fact he intends to sign it on Tuesday tells me it can be implemented until all challenges are exhausted. I hope I’m wrong.
I suspect that this high political theater was planned long ago. There is no such thing as a pro-life democrat. History has shown that they will always put politics over their so called principles. Consequentially, people who vote for Democrats aren't pro-life either.

Reconciliation Fails.
What makes this bearable, what helps keep me from despair is Free Republic. Knowing that there are millions of true Patriots in a time such as this and that I and my family are not alone, is a balm to the spirit.

Amen to that! A couple of years ago, I got to meet one of my heroes, Brigitte Gabriel (google her), a Christian Lebonese immigrant who’s an amazing patriot, expert/international consultant/speaker on radical Islam - well, on her website (American Congress for Truth) she has a letter to newcomers and before her signature, it reads “America, the dream that became my address”. Wow.
