Thats really where this battle will be won on our knees in prayer and fasting, she told the listeners. Remember: faith without works is dead. So were asking you to do all of it: pray, fast, believe, trust the Lord, but also act.

She’s a modern Esther . . . for such a time as this.

Someone posted a good prayer, related to this political situation, a couple of days ago. If anyone can post a link to it I’d be grateful.

We need to find more people like Michele Bachmann, Mike Pence, Jim DeMint, Tom Coburn and Sarah Palin rather than RINOs like Lindsey Graham and Richard Lugar.

Hey, my Saturday morning prayer group this morning didn’t forget this matter. Still a whole day to petition the Lord. For those who go to Saturday night services, don’t forget to bring it up during Sunday school class when prayers are taken. (LOL, I don’t know what Saturday nighters call their “Sunday school”. Maybe just “Bible school.”)

God who gave us life gave us liberty. And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are a gift from God? That they are not to be violated but with His wrath? Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, and that His justice cannot sleep forever. Thomas Jefferson [Notes on the State of Virginia, 1781]

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
We bind the spirit of evil that wants to take our country down. We curse it at it's roots. We know the enemy - and we have our strategy against this evilness.
God's children have dominion over this earth and we cast out the evilness that wants to over power us through lies and deception.

Biblically speaking - The day actually begins at dusk. So a Saturday evening service can/should be considered a Sunday service.
Genesis 1:23
And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin
