Hey, my Saturday morning prayer group this morning didn’t forget this matter. Still a whole day to petition the Lord. For those who go to Saturday night services, don’t forget to bring it up during Sunday school class when prayers are taken. (LOL, I don’t know what Saturday nighters call their “Sunday school”. Maybe just “Bible school.”)
God who gave us life gave us liberty. And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are a gift from God? That they are not to be violated but with His wrath? Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, and that His justice cannot sleep forever. Biblically speaking - The day actually begins at dusk. So a Saturday evening service can/should be considered a Sunday service.
And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.
