To: proud American in Canada

Not to mention the hoard of Republicns who voted for him to teach their party a lesson, or the self-loathers who voted for him to make themselves ‘feel good’ for slavery, or the ones that voted for him so we could have the first (or is that the second )black President.

NYT reports today “The president has told associates that health care will be his legacy.” This was never about what was good for America. All that matters is what’s good for Obama’s legacy. It is tragic there were so many willing and able enablers who dutifully did the dirty work to accomplish his egoistic dream.

I’m not sure any republicans voted for this guy. The people who elected him were “independents” who switch from election to election and that “big tent” the republicans built. If I had voted “against” McCain and voted third party it sure wouldn’t have been to “teach the republicans a lesson”. It would have been because I didn’t see any difference in the two parties. Sarah Palin is the one reason I voted for the “republican”.
