...I have the great pleasure of having a really nice library at the White House. And I was tooling through some of the writings of some previous Presidents and I came upon this quote by Abraham Lincoln: I am not bound to win, but Im bound to be true. Im not bound to succeed, but Im bound to live up to what light I have.
The book he was consulting may have been They Never Said It, by Paul F. Boller and John George...

Geez!
I know the MSM is in the tank for 0bama, but it still amazes me how many linguistic blunders with which they let 0bama get away.
Note he doesn't say "The White House has a great library"...
Pretty bad quote anyway.
Well, I have the pleasure of having a very nice library on line. And, recently, I was struck by this quote from Eugene O’Neill’s, “The Emperor Jones,” 1920:
JONES
Ain’t I de Emperor? De laws don’t go for him. {Judiciously) You heah what I tells you, Smithers. Dere’s little stealin’ like you does, and dere’s big stealin’ like I does. For de little stealin’ dey gits you in jail soon or late. For de big stealin’ dey makes you Emperor and puts you in de Hall o’ Fame when you croaks. {Reminiscently) If dey’s one thing I learns in ten years on de Pullman ca’s listenin’ to de white quality talk, it’s dat same fact. And when I gits a chance to use it I winds up Emperor in two years.

We, the citizens of these 50 United States, have a really nice library at our White House.
Of course, he made it up just like everything else that falls out of his mouth. He wouldn’t know the truth if it smacked itself up side his head. Just another lie to be added to the ever growing list of lies.
I have stopped referring to the “Whitehouse” as the “Whitehouse.” Until Malcolm O is evicted, I’m referring to it as the “Presidential Palace.”
