It's time for people to revisit the "Declaration of Independence".

It describes Obamas thuggery and this administration to the T.

Sotomayor’s brother is a physician. On his website he states that he does not take Medicaid patients.

Do you think she will stand for hurting her brother?

It is my understanding that fee for medical service will be illegal eventually. If you have any concern NOW is the time to address those concerns.

Per Fox legal analyst — Obozo’s executive order to get Stupak’s vote unlawful; anything added to this vote changes the Senate bill and thus invalidates today's House vote.

Sorry to say, Obama is to write the EO AFTER the bill passes to avoid just this....Stupak bought a pig in a poke just to get the pressure off him. Of course, any EO will lose against the language of the bill in court.

I guarantee that Planned Parenthood will take this to court ASAP!

Actually it will be nullified when a left leaning group like planned parenthood sues the gov’t for restricting the use of the federal dollars this bill is going to allocate for them. They will rightly argue that the POTUS does not have the authority to prevent funds allocated by Congress from being used to fund their abortions BECAUSE the bill passed does not prevent it. The whole reason for the HYDE amendment was that CONGRESS is the only entity that can restrict how the monies they allocate can be spent. The courts have consistently agreed and even though the line item veto differs in some ways, the principle is the same. The POTUS can’t overrule Congress when they pass a law he then signs. By signing the law, the POTUS is explicitly signing on to the spending contained therein.

And Stupak is stupid enough to believe otherwise? Another reason why he needs to go.

Governors? Well Charlie Crist is either on his tanning bed or at a bath house.

Palin, Romney, Pawlenty? Friends of McCain. They are all with Lindsay Graham working on amnety. Remember - McCain called those against amnety - racists. That is a FACT. My guess is they are holding another fund raiser for McCain.

I will take Rick Santorum over Palin in 2012. At least he is out there fighting the fight. He screwed up helping Specter but Bush asked him to.

Harvard provides excellent legal and ethical education. So do Columbia and Yale, Princeton and Brown.

How fitting that a worthless piece of paper, written as a fig leaf for Stupak, now becomes a fig leaf for Obama.

Now Obama is covered - since it's illegal, he won't have to explain to his leftist pals in NARAL, NOW, and PP how he authored an EO condemning abortion. Since it's illegal, he may never have to sign or implement it. Even if he has to put it on the books, he can say he knew all along the EO was worthless, illegal and unenforceable.

Until you arrest people like Pelosi; you won’t get anywhere.

They again for the umpteenth time played us for suckers.

We need to split and start our own country.

No. He played us for the fools. The dems do this everytime and we buy it hook, line and sinker. Stupak did this on purpose to put us in a box so we only depended on him. So far it’s worked everytime.

You all know the dems are liars.

The one thing we can do is make sure Pelosi spends her remaining days in jail where she belongs.

I wouldn’t give the Republicans a break either. They are just as responsible for playing along with the dems.
