Contrary to popular belief Texas can not secede from the Union.

Despite what any piece of parchment declares, a people have a God given right of association - or disassociation, as the case may be.

That being said, I don't advocate dissolution of the union. I'd rather see the states stand up to the federal government and put them back in their rightful (limited gov't) place.

I was a delegate to the Harris County Senatorial Convention yesterday and AG Abbott addressed us via video and said he would sue the federal government if this thing passes.

I was a delegate at the Collin County Senatorial Convention yesterday, and although we didn't get the video address from the AG, the list of resolutions we voted on are pure patriot gold. I was very proud to be a part of it.
