Supposedly the first person arrested on any bill Obama signs can demand his BC as part of their defense. I think this is another reason why this does not kick in until later.

This is utter and complete nonsense. Where do you folks get this kind of stuff?

If you are arrested because of a bill, you would have the right to challenge the constitutionality of that bill. If the court says it's constitutional, that's it. You didn't suffer harm and get standing for your unrelated project—you simply broke the law.
