Unfortunately, for him, the EO has no meaning since you cannot amend a law by an executive order.

Not worth the paper it is written on....

And the pro abortion crowd will get a fast track to the supreme court where it will be overturned. Then Obama will shrug his shoulders and tell people to blame the court.

Obama would "keep his word" on signing an executive order purporting to ban abortion funding.

An executive order cannot overrule a federal law..ie Roe v Wade.

It's all smoke & mirrors.

Keep his word? That would be a first, but it doesn’t matter. He can’t overrule legislation with an executive order.

And they lie all the time. Why hasn't he already signed the EO? I would guess because he has no intention to do so.

Typical liar.

"She also pledged Obama would "keep his word" on signing an executive order purporting to ban abortion funding. "

Now is a curious time for Obortion to begin a new precedent, i.e., keeping his word.

In other news, Red Riding Hood has been arrested AGAIN for harassment and falsifying evidence (dare we say, “crying wolf”?!) against the Big Wolf (he was never known as “Bad”, Red started that rumor to humiliate and embarrass him). Looks like it will be hard time for Red since this is her 3rd time getting caught disenfranchising Big! “If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime!”

POS OBAMA: Some of people's concerns have grown out of bogus claims spread by those whose only agenda is to kill reform at any cost. The best example is the claim made not just by radio and cable talk show hosts, but by prominent politicians, that we plan to set up panels of bureaucrats with the power to kill off senior citizens. Now, such a charge would be laughable if it weren't so cynical and irresponsible. It is a lie, plain and simple. (Applause.)

There are also those who claim that our reform efforts would insure illegal immigrants. This, too, is false. The reforms -- the reforms I'm proposing would not apply to those who are here illegally.

AUDIENCE MEMBER: You lie! (Boos.)

THE PRESIDENT: It's not true. And one more misunderstanding I want to clear up -- under our plan, no federal dollars will be used to fund abortions, and federal conscience laws will remain in place. (Applause.)

He LIED in his address to Congress.

He said that it would already BE in his "plan". Here he's promising a "fix up" since it isn't explicitly there.

Just the fact that he either thinks it somehow does with him, or rubbing our noses in issueing it with Bart Stupak’s fingerprints all over it is an insult beyond insults.

He hates us folks. There is not one decent thing about this man, and I said it before and I’ll say it again, he is an acolyte of Satan.

One needs only review his campaign promise record to know what that is worth.....

He IS a deceiver. And not at all the Christian he claims to be (to obtain the support of those in flyover country who “cling to religion”).

Pretty sad when the POTUS has to announce he’s keeping his word.

His word is as useless as his Executive Order.

Stupak knew that. What a foil.

Pelosi’s speech last night was full of slaps across the faces of the Stupid pak once she got their votes. Comments about “reproductive health” and “Being a woman is no longer a preexisting condition” made it very clear that she doesn’t intend to provide what she had promised.

The only way they could begin to redeem themselves would be by resigning today and telling America that Pelosi, Reid, and Obama are a bunch of lying marxists.

Big deal. They have plans for the elderly, cancer patients, disabled just as diabolical as abortion.

Subject: : Judge Kithil of Marble Falls,TX - HB3200 highlighted pages most egregious. Please read this........ especially the reference to pages 58 & 59 and send to your entire address list.

JUDGE KITHIL wrote:

“I have reviewed selected sections of the bill, and find
it unbelievable that our Congress, led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi, could come up with a bill loaded with so many wrong-headed elements.”

“Both Republicans and Democrats are equally responsible
for the financial mess of both Social Security and Medicare programs.”

“I am opposed to HB 3200 for a number of reasons.

To start with, it is estimated that a federal bureaucracy of more than 150,000 new employees will be required to administer HB3200. That is an unacceptable expansion of a government that is already too intrusive in our lives. If we are going to hire 150,000 new employees, let’s put them to work protecting our borders, fighting the massive drug problem and putting more law enforcement/firefighters out there.”

JUDGE KITHIL continued: “Other problems I have with
this bill include:

** Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance
to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally.

** Page 58 and 59: The government will have
real-time access to an individual’s bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

** Page 65/section 164: The plan will be subsidized (by
the government) for all union members, union retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).

** Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this
section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody in their right mind come up with that?)

** Page 241 and 253: Doctors will all be paid the same
regardless of specialty, and the government will set all doctors’ fees.

** Page 272. section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration
care according to the patient’s age.

** Page 317 and 321: The government will impose a
prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities may petition for an exception.

** Page 425, line 4-12: The government mandates
advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social Security will be required to attend an “end-of-life planning” seminar every five years. (Death councelling.)

** Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify
which doctors can write an end-of-life order.

HAD ENOUGH???? Judge Kithil then goes on:

“Finally, it is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress. Members of Congress are already exempt from the Social Security system, and have a well-funded private plan that covers their retirement needs. If they were on our Social Security plan, I believe they would find a very quick ‘fix’ to make the plan financially sound for their future.”

Honorable David Kithil
Marble Falls, Texas

All of the above should give you the point blank
ammo you need to support your opposition to Obamacare. Please send this information on to all of your email contacts.

Presidential executive orders do not trump the law. The Senate bill pays for abortions by subsidizing women who pay to kill their babies.
Beware of leaders whose lips turn blue from telling lies.
