The two-year anniversary of “Passportgate” was this past Monday, March 14. Passportgate was the covert “accessing” of passport records by three contractors at the State Department. Two of the contractors were fired. The contractor who was not fired, but only disciplined, worked for The Analysis Corporation. John O. Brennan is the president of The Analysis Corporation. He is also a former CIA official and is now Deputy National Security Adviser for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism.
The dates of access are January 9, February 21 and March 14, 2008. The initial reports indicated only a breach of Obama’s records. Later it was reported that Clinton and McCain’s records had been accessed. The names of the individuals, including the one still working at the State Department, have never been released. Officially, it was a simple matter of snooping; no criminal charges were filed and it was handled only with “disciplinary” action. For such a serious breach, the penalties were light.
So what is the relevance of Passportgate and March 14, 2008? One must go back two days to March 12, 2008 for the answer. This is because from all available information, background, verifiable data and facts, March 12, 2008 is the first verifiable history of the now infamous Obama internet COLB, exactly two days prior to the last passport break-in. Specifically, the first documentable record of the COLB starts at the hour of 22:41:37 on March 12, 2008. This is the date and time stamp from the digital photo that is shown on the FactCheck website dedicated to Obama’s COLB.

RecordsGate is long overdue. This is a very serious matter. But what amazes me is that both Dems and Pubbies try to hide the seriousness of the question.
We honestly do not know who he is, where he was born or who pulls his chain. It is obvious he was put where he is, but no one admits who or why.
Bring it on. Treason is a serious charge and many are involved. Someone will eventually spill this.

Just to clear things up, this man's name was Leiutenant (sic) Quarles Harris Jr. He was not a Lt. or a Lieutenant or a commissioned officer of any sort. He wasn't even in the military. He was just given an unusual first name (with an unusual spelling).
I have followed this closely since the beginning, mostly out of curiosity. I concluded that there are three facts:
The “Birth Certificate(s)” that have been made public are forgeries.
No valid birth certificate has been made available for public viewing.
Someone has gone to considerable effort and expense to ensure that the forged document is the only one ever to be seen.
All of the rest is speculation. My own is that Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961, but something in the vital records repository of the State of Hawaii, and perhaps in the passport files of the U.S. State Department, contain politically damaging information. This information, if revealed, would potentially destroy his viability as a candidate for high office, but may not make him Constitutionally ineligible.
It looks like they have covered their tracks pretty well, so we will probably never know.

I have come to the same conclusions as you, except there is one more:
If Barry Soetoro Barack Obama’s father was Kenyan, how can he possibly be a natural born American?
I think he is an American citizen, a dual citizen, a former Indonesian citizen, but he cannot ever be a natural born American.

Another board member is Susan Crown, whose family has been one of Obama’s proven fundraisers. Crown’s brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Paula Crown, are bundlers for Obama, and the Crown family has given at least $56,000 to Obama campaigns. Northern Trust general counsel Kelly R. Walsh, who contributed $1,500 to Obama a little more than one month before the Obamas were given their home loan, is married to current Joyce Foundation President Ellen Alberding. Alberding coincidentally served on the board of the Joyce Foundation with Obama in 2001.

Interesting connections. I haven’t gone into it in detail, but I have heard that Bill Ayres pretty much got his politics from his father.
VERY unfortunate that the State Department passport intrusion coverup, and the apparent murder of one of the perps who was about to be questioned, never were followed up. Most of us didn’t hear anything about that shooting until almost a year later. The Washington Times did an article, but it seems to have died right there.
Bo was selected to be *elected*. All the signs were there, nobody in the media wanted to investigate and those that did (bloggers, FReepers) were labeled as loons.

They admit that they have Obama’s original birth certificate and
other “ original vital records “ on file.
( What could these be ??? )
And that they are not permitted by law to release them.
