There was a guy in his entourage with TWO cell phone cameras recording the entire thing as they walked through the crowd. If what he says really happened then they guy would have captured it and that video would be all over the news. The guy is a complete liar!

Is it because somebody, somewhere put up a statue of the guy and passersby said, “Whoa....Look, now THERE’s a Civil Rights Icon!”...with the pigeons perching there on the head, doing what pigeons do best, and all that....
Or, maybe he was walking down the street, looked “Iconic”, or “Iconly” (???), you know, and suddenly stopped, standing there, shoulder jutting forward, face to the wind, hair blowing in the wind, confidently facing the uncertain future (or maybe just looking for the bus coming down 9th Street)...
Or, could be he was just sorta, you know, kinda wandering around, shouting “Hey! Civil Rights!!!! Yo! Over here! Getcha Civil Rights right here! Yo! Whitey is the Devil!!!!” to anyone who would listen...

Ive seen video of Cleaver pointing at a guy and saying “You just spit on me”. Conveniently edited out the “spitting” of course. Did anybody else see this or the rest of the video?
It’s funny. I watched the video before and noticed two things.
1. One of the protestors shown in the video is a black woman. If you look at the left side of the crowd as the CBC members make their way through, you will see her inside the crowd. If the protestors were shouting out racial slurs, why would she stay there?
2. I didn’t really hear racial slurs or anybody even come close to the CBC members as they make their way through. John Lewis, if you can recall, imagined somebody shouting “Kill him” as a threat at one of the McCain/Palin rallies. It seems that whenever a large group of Conservatives meet, John Lewis tries to get his face out there by talking about somebody saying something which hasn’t happened.
Somebody need to find that young black Tea Party lady and get her interviewed! There was a young black fellow in the video further back in the crowd of protesters, but she was especially close enough to hear. Those race baiters were provoking the crowd and they got zero and it is recorded...
Where is the arrest of the spitter?

What is it with BOR? He sometimes suspends disbelief, especially of the left, in order to stretch credulity in his quest for "fair and balanced."

O’Smiley is, and has always been, about himself. He plays to audiences and shifts in public opinion, writes books about principles that I doubt he has...He is a squishy moderate, just like Michael Medved is a soft, squishy barely conservative, with all of his “we lose the battle when we call [obama et al...] Marxists, when we call them socialists...” crapola.
We’re fighting socialists, marxists, maoists, and radicalists - period. They hate our beloved republic as founded and as it continued for so long, and it is naive in the face of undeniable evidence to think that they mean no harm, and we can win the day by fighting fair and not openly attacking them and bluntly identifying their deplorably evil and wrongheaded precepts.
Lewis and Frank, Obama, Dingell, Wrangel, and Schumer, they are all so far left that the Constitutional center looks “far right” to them.
O’Reilly and Medved are nearly useless knuckleheads in my opinion...
