The Tea Party movement is decentralized without one specific leader and it has grown considerably since it started last February.

It is more difficult to infiltrate, detect, and demonize small groups. That’s why Al Queda uses small cells. There is also less bureaucracy and fewer legal requirements to register as a political organization. The Tea Party Movement is more effective, I believe, as smaller groups.
I hope this is the reason and it’s not a pay-off.
