I think that’s Liberty Council... not Liberty University... they are separate but related entities IIRC...

Actually...both....

Matt Staver is now the Dean of Law at Liberty University.....while he still is heavily involved with Liberty Counsel....the legal foundation he runs in the Orlando area.

Staver has a very good record against government and its entities when they silence and restrict the rights of those exercising their free speech and religious freedom.

Of all the lawsuits against ObamaCare...Staver’s may be the strongest....and....Staver and Liberty Counsel have so much experience in lawsuits vs the Government.

I read the entire document. Am not a lawyer but can usually detect a fine piece of work, and this struck me as one.
