Baucus has been in Congress a total of 36 years. He did not campaign that way, I assure you. He’s also not up until 2014.

Like nearly every Democrat, Tester has a law degree.

I have proposed, for a long time, single payer for lawyers.

Legal care is an actual Constitutional right. But none of these guys would go for single payer for lawyers because they know exactly what it would do to them, including the ones in elective office.

While single payer for productive professions and honest work is a disaster, single payer for lawyers is a pretty good idea.

It's math. The rich get rich faster than the middle class because they have capital that is capable of growing.

Question.........How did the rich get rich in order to invest his riches?

Max confirms what the opponents of the “healthcare” bill have been saying all along: the bill never was about improving health care.

Does this mean Oprah, Beyonce, hip hop artists, ‘stars’ are going to give away their money to the middle class?

I didn’t think so.

“He will certainly not give you his BMW :)

The damn communists want to take other people money for distribution but not their own money. “

Have you ever seen an exception to this in the history of the world?

NO

Those who sit on their asses and do nothing but collect freebies and commit crimes are not entitled to the wages of those who follow the law and work everyday.

For those out there who really thought this anti-Constitutional sludge had ANYTHING to do with healthcare, here’s the truth... As this dimbulb acknowledges, it is ALL ABOUT CONTROL.

It’s time to take back the country.

memo to Baucus: Beware, lest the passion of loyal Americans redress the mal-distribution of oxygen between patriots and traitors.

It is not that simple in a nation of 310 million. We are destroying the middle class with the importation of cheap, exploitable labor. The latest data show 22.1 million immigrants holding jobs in the U.S. with an estimated 7 million being illegal aliens. By increasing the supply of labor between 1980 and 2000, immigration reduced the average annual earnings of native-born men by an estimated $1,700 or roughly 4 percent. Among natives without a high school education, who roughly correspond to the poorest tenth of the workforce, the estimated impact was even larger, reducing their wages by 7.4 percent. The reduction in earnings occurs regardless of whether the immigrants are legal or illegal, permanent or temporary. It is the presence of additional workers that reduces wages, not their legal status.

34 percent of immigrants lack health insurance, compared to 13 percent of natives. Immigrants and their U.S.-born children account for 71 percent of the increase in the uninsured since 1989.

The proportion of immigrant-headed households using at least one major welfare program is 33 percent, compared to 19 percent for native households. The poverty rate for immigrants and their U.S.-born children (under 18) is 17 percent, nearly 50 percent higher than the rate for natives and their children. Massive low-skill immigration works to counteract government anti-poverty efforts. While government works to reduce the number of poor persons, low-skill immigration pushes the poverty numbers up. In addition, low-skill immigration siphons off government anti-poverty funding and makes government efforts to shrink poverty less effective. Milton Friedman said, “You cannot simultaneously have free immigration and a welfare state.”

We are creating a permanent underclass populated by blacks and Hispanics. By 2023 half of the children 18 and under will be minorities as defined by the USG. The out of wedlock birth rate for blacks is 68% and for Hispanics 50%. Both blacks and Hispanics have school drop out rates of about 50%. This is the social pathology for failure in this society, i.e., single family household and a lack of education. By 2042 half of the US will be minorities. Immigration has had a huge demographic impact on this country since 1965.

For the first time in my adult life I am ashamed to be from Montana!!! We (Montanans) will fix this major mistake when this Marxist is up for re-election. How can the people of Montana vote a POS like this into the senate?

Sen. Max Baucus (D): "Too often, much of late, the last couple three years the mal-distribution of income in America is gone up way too much, the wealthy are getting way, way too wealthy,

Look who is talking...is anyone aware of the fact that "BAUCUS" clan owns upward of 120,000 acres of land, numerous farms and such in Montana?

And this piece of shit is trying to tell me, that he is going to be the self appointed wealth re-distributor in charge because I am making more than $200,000?
...and they are wringing their hands and crying wolf, because the people are getting really, REALLY MAD?

Doesn’t Ted Turner own, like, half of Montana?

And a large chunk of New Mexico, I believe.
