House Speaker Nancy Pelosi: "We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it."

And now that the pinata is broken, we see it includes financial doom for the state of Arizona!

Arizona must drop a plan to cut its Medicaid program’s generous eligibility and instead pay an additional $3.8 billion over the next three years under the federal health care overhaul, state officials reported Thursday.

John McCain's friend Obama bankrupting Arizona. If the folks of AZ vote for McCain then they can expect more of the same.

AZ got ObamaCare thanks to McCain-Feingold which led to a 2006/2008 Dem Congress and 2008 Obama. McCain is the Dem's little trojan horse.

Ok.. i know there are great people in AZ.. but really, duh. The states are also having a hard time with the mandated unemployment extensions. Wonder where bankrupting states comes into play??

She should also ask him where Arizona is going to get the money. Aren’t most people in Arizona retired?

Obama’s goal is to bankrupt and destroy America.

John McCain says Obama loves The Constitution.

Great catch by the writer. This should provide the basis for a hell-storm of political ads targeting Dem reps and senators as well as their abetting or go-along governors, AGs, Secretaries of State, and state representatives. Unfunded mandates. If you aren’t suing the Feds over this, and/or if you voted for it or otherwise supported or tolerated it, you not only agreed to the massive Federal tax increase but to specifically target your own state for additional state taxes.

I heard this was going to just drown NY City. I can imagine an ad with someone on a beach, the water starts to go out, they get worried, and in comes the tsunami with the voice of doom announcer talking about the Democrate debt wave.

I have never seen a state fall apart so fast as AZ. Retirees there are going to get screwed so bad by Obama. McCain respects Obama.

Florida is booting Crist, Utah is booting Bennett, PA should boot Specter. CA might even boot Boxer. AZ needs to dump McCain.

Thank MCCAIN-Feingold for Dem Congress 2006/2008 and Obama 2008.

Can’t think of one, really, unless he’d like to address the downfall of McCain/Feingold. Was the SC wrong in throwing out the law?

I'd say 75% of retirees here are snowbirds. They really don't have anything to do with the state except sales taxes and such when they shop. The power company lowers rates when they are in town and then jacks them back up after they leave. My actual electricity costs are 1/3 of the bill. The rest is in fees and taxes and such. I moved here about a year ago and IMHO, it isn't really a productive place to live. VERY expensive.

With Republicans like him, why do we need Democrats? That’s what I’d ask him.

Ask him if he will share his wealthy wife’s stash with us Arizonans who live on a fixed income and can’t afford what congress is doing to us?

Ask him if there will ever be another free election in this country if the amnesty he wants becomes the law of the land!
