I love it. Thanks, VPC.
“Gun prohibitionists are disingenuous, hypocritical”
Of course they are. Just like the ‘greenies’, what they’re really after isn’t guns, but the ideology of those holding the guns. All leftist causes are just a means to an end, aside from a handful of whacko hangers-on who really buy into their idiocy.
VPC is always like this.
They did a .50 caliber gun crime report a while ago. Claiming the .50 cal was a scourge on the streets and all that noise.
One of their claims a guy was trying to sell .50 cals to FARC. Problem is that he tried to sell em to an undercover agent, and he didn’t actually even have any .50 cals. Apparently he was just trying to rip FARC off. Would imagine FARC probably would have killed him if he tried it with them instead of an undercover agent.
Researching all their claims (about 100 of them) only two crimes were actually committed with a .50 caliber.
One was completely unverifiable, the other some guy installed 2 .50 cals on an armored bulldozer and was driving the bulldozer through crap. Course he never did actually fire the .50’s but why bother when you have an armored bulldozer...

- Lucius Annaeus Seneca “the Younger” (ca. 4 BC-65 AD)
Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those
who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes.
Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better
for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than
prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked
with greater confidence than an armed one.
- Thomas Jefferson quoting Cesare Beccaria, Criminologist 1764.
A strong body makes the mind strong.
As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun.
While this gives moderate exercise to the body,
it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to
the mind.
Games played with the ball and others of that nature,
are too violent for the body and stamp no character
on the mind.
Let your gun therefore be the constant companion of
your walks.
- Thomas Jefferson, in a letter to his nephew
The constitutions of most of our States assert, that
all power is inherent in the people;that they may
exercise it by themselves, in all cases to which
they think themselves competent, ... or they may act
by representatives, freely and equally chosen; that
it is their right and duty to be at all times armed;
that they are entitled to freedom of person, freedom
of religion, freedom of property, and freedom of the
press.

Gun control laws increase the power of government and
the criminal element over the average citizen and serve
no other purpose.

It would be easy enough to spool everything off to my own site and point to there, but that would probably invite the attention of lawyers.
A possible 150 out of 6 million concealed carry holders? How many people prohibited from even possessing a single round of ammo committed murder or attempted murder during that same time?
Understatement of the week.
I'm shocked I tell you, shocked to find that gun grabbers are not honest, that they lie and distort, and have their own personal or taxpayer provided armed guards.
