This is a very good turn of events. There are already enough state AGs with fine legal minds bring suit. By pulling this stunt the Democrats will be rubbing salt into the wounded faces of VOTERS who are already blind with anger. PLUS this bill is such a POS and still not full understood even by the Democrats who dutifully voted for it, more crap will be found in it for weeks to come. That will make it more and more of a political disadvantage to take this “no suit” position. As I said this is a very good turn of events.
