New long term care deduction on everyone's paycheck-$150-250 a month, unless you opt out. This would be in addition to your health insurance premiums, and taxes you already pay. There's no guarantee the US government can ever meet the obligations it's incurring with this POS.

My dad was in a nursing home to the tune of $4800.00 per month. MANY in that same facility had never worked a day in their life and it cost them nothing - my dad’s monthly payments and our tax dollars pay for them.
The “poor” already recieve free healthcare. Oblablah and crew are leading them to believe that with insurance they are getting something more than they already have. It’s all a lie. Any guesses on what the leaches of society are going to scream when they realize they aren’t getting anything “mo frum da man”?
This is all about one more way to rape our pay checks.
I haven’t seen the details on how to opt out, but what I have read it seems that you can opt out. Doesn’t make much sense. Do they think people won’t notice and won’t opt out?

Definitely a budget buster....people have been trying to sell me this type of insurance for years...the reason I don’t have it is because it was a budget buster...
Long term care right now is huge expense for the taxpayers.
Probably the biggest part of the entire medicaid budget, particularly in areas like here in the Rust Belt with lots of older people and not too many illegal aliens.
It certainly should be addressed, but sneaking in this underfunded giveaway to SEIU just isn’t right.

I’m starting to think this is the Bilderberger Society in charge. They’re convinced the only way mankind can survive is a one world socialist government and a people of elites and workers.
If the 75% of the people in this country that opposed this ObamaCrapCare would opt out of everything going to the federal Government, including raising their withholding deductions to 10 or 20, they would get nothing (no revenue) and then see what they try to spend.
Yeah, I’m all tapped out, can’t do it. Actually, blaming it partly on the impending health care bill, my company eliminated salary increases in 2010. So, to the extent of any inflation, my income is going down.
Look at what happens to highway funds for an idea of what will happen to federal health care dollars.
Don’t be surprised if health care dollars ends up building zoos, buying real estate, or going to fight gang violence.

Why would anyone in their right mind want a small group of people to control all the laws and money...the answer is no one. That is why they go through the trouble to do it by stealth and "appear" to convince the people through lies in the owned media.
This time they got between a rock and a hard place because people are starting to wake up..so they had to hurry the big government legislation and even with that they ignored the will of the people and rammed it through putting many of the political prostitutes at risk. Make no mistake...there are big government sellouts on both sides of the isle.
Our very small business used to employ 3-5 people, carpentry contracting.
We’re bust, we used to build 6-7 house a years, now we’re not building any house. We build garages, sheds, additions, and anyone we hire is paid in cash.
After 5 years a person is “fully vested” and can recieve $75 a day for in-house care. Of course they only paid in about 6 months worth, after that it becomes an entitlement paid for by the others.
I could become Amish.
What makes people think the money will still be there when they need it? They’ll steal it just like they did with Social Security and other programs. It’s just another way to get your money.

When you think about the fact that there are now more workers on the government payroll, State and Federal combined, than there are on private sector payrolls there are a limited number of reasonable conclusions to reach.
This cannot continue. The leaches will never stop demanding more and are too stupid to realize that there really is a finite supply of “free” money. The money supply will run out. We’re rapidly approaching the end of the supply.
I looked into opting out of SS a number of years ago. They didn’t make it easy if I remember correctly. The church had to be formed before such and such date or it had to be a certain church.
I don’t remember all of the details now.
And what about the money collected from individuals who don’t ever need long term care?
ONLY an extremely STUPID person would drop their money in the hands of the US Gov on the PROMISE that their coverage will be there when they want it.
This only exists on the teachings of PT Barnum (there’s a sucker born every minute).
I like the Opt OUT provision (in there SO FAR, I’m sure they will make it mandatory though), the only down side is that we can’t Opt Out of the whole bloody Obama-Pelosi-Reid Mother Lovin Thing.
Last year our government paid out more dollars to dependents than it took in in taxes.
You are right. It can not continue with more people in the wagon than there are people pulling the wagon.
