Yup - they back-end loaded their criminal master plan so that most of them - if not all - won't even be in office when the full effects kick in. It's a premeditated assault on America, and they plan on being out of the country to avoid charges of treason, fraud, embezzlement, and racketeering, not to mention being the direct targets of the civil maelstrom swirling through the streets.
