Charlie Crist Gets Owned(!) by Rubio on Fox Debate - Now
Fox News ^

Live now on Fox

Rubio is framing the contrast very well. Excellent debate and criticism of Florida Governor Christie's support of the stimulus plan.

Rubio: "We need someone who can stand up to Obama"

Rubio on partisanship: "Lower the corporate tax, lower thwe capital gains tax, reduce the obstacles that make it increasingly hard to do business in America, and I'll be happy to cooperate....but what the Obama administration is attempting to do is fundamentally change America, and we can not cooperate on that."

“Crist stated very clearly he would have joined Snow and voted against the Republicans and for Obama health plan.”

...and what, exactly, did the Republican Party leaders see in him again?

Crist stated very clearly he would have joined Snow and voted against the Republicans and for Obama health plan.

Yes! Crist admitted he would have voted with Snowe, Collins and Spectre...now a Democrat!... on the stimulus bill.

They show it on the Fox News website later this afternoon anyway. Plus the DVR is your friend.

Crist’s line about Rubio not releasing his tax returns needs to be responded to.

Crist was actually quite popular until Obama got elected. He was a sure thing until he fell in love with Barack.

FNS

On issue points, Rubio won.

On smear points, Crist won.

Crist seemed more interested in smearing his opponent than in discussing issues. [Isn’t that AZ race sort of following a similar pattern?]

==

That was the first time I actually heard anything from those two.

Rubio impressed me. He had facts and wanted to discuss issues. It brought to mind the Ryan v Obama exchange.

The whole country has moved right since Obama was elected—if just to try to stabilize the ship!

Really? He said he still supported the Stimulus Bill?

Yes, he defended it.

Crist named John McCain and Lindsey Graham as his favorite senators.

Rubio named Jim Demint as his fav.

Crist makes me glad I don't live in FL. He's just a typical politician and it's obviously all about him. Clue...

Chris said they had looked at all Crist's campaign sites and literature and they couldn't find any mention of SOCIAL SECURITY!!!! The state with the oldest voters and Crist doesn't want to talk about SS?!!!!

Yep.  RINO's run in packs. But it's interesting. Crist would have run to the left of McCain and Grahamnesty on ObamaCare.

The first week Crist was in office he held a global warming confernece. No joke.

He also gave felons the vote in FL. Finally he picked McCain in the primary for FL which gave it to McCain over Romney. I may not like Mitt but he would have been light years better than McCain who took a dive for Soros.

I will say one thing for FL is they are taking out the trash here. I hope AZ follows suit and dumps McCain because McCain is far more evil than Crist.
