Klein helps the complainant with links to the Kaiser Foundation website, http://healthreform.kff.org/SubsidyCalculator.aspx, for a calculation of the government subsidy available (in 2014). I calculated a more "average household" figure using an applicant with a family of four,in Kansas making the median income ($56,857) for that state. They will pay a net premium of $4,707 after a federal subsidy of #6,373.
Try adding that to the national debt and selling it to the Chinese.

Many people are goiung to be very upset that what they couldn’t afford last year is even more expensive and required now. I think for a susidy family of 4 hs to be under $40K that would make her right on the verge and probably not eligable, The best news is that I read that the subsidies will be handled like a tax return and you will get it back in your taxes. That means good luck paying rent, payments, and food all year plus paying for insurace!

She made $38,000 as a single mother with a child but cannot come up with $200 a month or so for health insurance? But I sure bet she pays $350 plus for her new car or some other luxuries she wants like new clothing etc.
I bet the problem is not so much that she cannot afford health insurance, the problem is she want to spend the money on other things rather then on her health needs.

Before we can answer that question, we need to know a few things about you.
First of all, what is your racial background?

You can already get insurance coverage for your children through the SCHIP program. In answer to the direct question, no, you won't get socialist coverage until 2014. You will, however, have to start paying taxes for it now, and even if you qualify for SCHIP coverage, you may very well lose that coverage due to the massive increases in premium costs Obamacare has caused, as well as the fact that states will have to start shutting their SCHIP programs down - as I believe Arizona just did - because of the economic devastation the democrats have caused and continue to cause.
By the way, if we'd gone with the Republican reforms instead, you probably could have afforded at least basic coverage (major medical and hospitalization) for your children within a year or so.
Ain't socialism fun?!
