Border Rancher Rob Krentz And Dog Found Shot To Death After Aiding Illegal Alien By Digger

The body of Rancher Rob Krentz and his dog were found shot to death on his ranch. Krentz, who always was good-natured and willing to help people, had called in that he had found an illegal alien at one of his watering holes and was assisting him. That was the last that was heard from him before his body was discovered.

I know he was on his own property, that doesn’t matter to drug runners.

An ICE agent told me a year or so ago that the cartels own the area east of the Chiricahuas. Our folks won’t go there unless they are geared up like they were heading into the sandbox. The San Pedro area is bad, but those citizens over that way are really in a world of hurt.

You called the website “THE Border Patrol,” when it clearly was not.

“Mini-14 is good too.”

It is indeed.

I emailed the story to the main FOX news website, but thank you for the Phoenix number, that may get word out faster. Many in this area are trying to get this out- I hear some of the TV stations in Tucson are sending reporters to the ranch. Please get this story out there, this should not be swept under the rug.

“The LSM seem to avoid reporting anything negative about them. They rarely use the words ‘illegal alien’ - only ‘undocumented worker’.”

Hell, Geraldo Rivera calls them GUESTS!

You seem to have no interest in the actual story about the rancher murdered- so why are you even on this thread? The group calls itself the US Border Patrol and is made up of former and current Border Patrol agents and others with interest in the border. The group has been active for a few years and the formal government agency you are so worried about hasn’t complained or taken action about the name of the group so why are you in such a dither? I understood when you first pointed out that it was not the government agency that was quoted- but now why don’t you give it a rest? I doubt that AuntB gave them the name and your sniping at her is getting old.

If you have a complaint about the name of the group I suggest you take it up with them.

I knew it was bad over there, I didn’t know it was that bad, but I’m not surprised.

Interesting, sir, but as a point of order, you do know that ICE is not Border Patrol.

The Border Patrol goes where they want and don’t let anyone intimidate them. They gear up before hitting the desert, no matter where they go. All places are dangerous and not one square inch of US soil is considered by the Border Patrol is “owned” by the cartels. As a side note, the Chiricahuas area is a mere 15 miles to the east of the Border Patrol Horse Patrol Academy.

Dither?

Hardly.

Disagree with their name?

Hardly.

As you pointed out, I clarified the post. That was my intent.

Others decided to emote.

Don’t live around the border in the Tuscon Sector, do you?

I can go days without seeing any members of the USBP, not even 10 miles north of the border. The USBP does its best, but it is fighting a losing battle. And they know it.

Tammy, ignore the troll. Some people have no intention of joining in a conversation - they just want to sneak over to the punch bowl and drop in a turd!

To clarify even further, I have yet to meet a USBP agent in the field in an OTV, with NV gear, M4, and MICH. So no, they do not gear up like they are going to the sandbox. Not sure where you get your info from, but it isn’t right.

You people just know know the half of it. Talk to my aunt and uncle in Laredo, Texas. Their story of illegal aliens (YES. ILLEGAL ALIENS. They are not 'immigrants'. They are not 'guest workers') will make your blood boil

They'll tell you about having their home and outside buildings broken into by illegal aliens.

They'll tell you about having guard dogs and livestock killed by illegal aliens.

They'll tell you about being afraid every time their teenaged daughters leave the house. (will they be kidnapped and sold as sex slaves to a drug cartel?)

They'll tell you about being reprimanded by the local sheriff about firing back at an illegal alien caught stealing on their property.

They'll tell you about a neighbor rancher who found a rotting corpse left behind on his property by an illegal pack leader.

They'll tell you about cut fences and vandalism

They'll tell you about the trail of filth they have to clean up weekly on their property- bottles, cans, clothes, paper, dirty diapers and human excretement.

It's enough to make your blood boil. These are decent, hardworking people who have owned this ranch for generation- and they are considering selling out and moving for their own safety. The law won't do sh*t about it.

.

The guys on the line don't view it as losing war, they look at it as a war in progress and progress is good. . .meaning they are now up to nearly 19,000 Agents and interceptions are way up, as are drug seizures.

More people, more kit, more guys on the line and they are doing wonders. Need a bunch more but they are doing a lot more than a few years back when they numbered only about 3,500 Agents to cover the border, north and south. Morale is up.

These Border Patrol Agents primarily work the desert, avoid the roads mostly, as that is where the trail are and the bodies they grab. Then there are the Indian villages. Those places are drug dens and far off the main roads. Menengers is central for a lot of that action, for example. That is where you would find the Border Patrol Agents. The places they work are not places easily accessible off-road, that is why they use 4-wheel drive, ATV and horses. The Border Patrol Agents generally hate to work an “X” or to work a vehicle check-point. Boring to them, as you would expect from guys that would be drawn to the work (alone, outdoors, etc.)

What bothers them most is not so much the “catch and release” policy, but the policy of not prosecuting drug runners that are caught with a 50lb backpack of dope strapped to their body.

Or so say the Agents I know that work the Tucson Sector.

Do you suppose the SPP has anything to do with it, also?
