Federal sweep may have foiled anti-Muslim plot [FBI Michigan, etc. militia raids -- further info]
WLS-TV Chicago ^ | 28-Mar-2010 | Chuck Goudie

Posted on 03/28/2010 6:49:40 PM PDT by FourPeas

Dawud Walid, executive director of the Council on Islamic-American Relations of Michigan, on Sunday said that the FBI foiled a plot to attack and kill Muslim-Americans.

Walid was attending the group's 10th anniversary banquet in Dearborn, Michigan where the Rev. Jesse L. Jackson was keynote speaker.

Muslim leaders in Chicago are "following developments of the arrests with great interest and concern," says Ahmed Rehab, Executive Director of CAIR Chicago.

"If some of the initial reports are true. Then, these radical groups are a chilling indication that anti-Muslim hysteria in some circles may be developing into stages of organized terroristic activity," Rehab said Sunday night.

Late Sunday, on the Hutaree message board, an apparent member of the group wrote about how the FBI came into their home and that she and one child escaped. "The Federal Authorities have raided not only our group but also the Michigan Militia. They have hijacked their website and placed word there that they were not raided" wrote the woman named Anna.

The Michigan Militia indeed reported on Sunday that it's members had not been subjected to raids or arrest. It is unclear whether this is accurate.

The Hutaree message board author further reported: "We need some help please. This has to stop. I am enroute south with my children using the wifi's as I can. They were catching others as they came to their rallying points, they broke into homes and took children and used the tasers on wives, my son who is 12 and I got out by crawling through the creeks behind our house. My husband and others are taken, please call the press and tell them, if any in the Michigan Militia is still free please rally with them. Please help."

It looks like America is toast. George W. Bush embraced CAIR. The FBI shared information on the techniques used to combat terrorists with Muslims.

We have a Muslim in the White House and I just heard that Sarah Palin is for amnesty for millions of illegal aliens because she can understand why they would want to be here.

Bush 41 and 43 are globalists, but I recently heard that Henry Kissinger said that now is the time for a world government, so Nixon was probably in favor of a one world government. Does anyone see a ray of hope anywhere?

The entire state would blow up

Probably not the whole state. Just the lower third that has integrated the muslims into their communities. The upper 2/3 haven’t been over run with muslims and couldn’t care less is dearborn was blown off the map.

Not much hope here. I’m thinking the Bilderberger Society is for real. Well, I KNOW they’re for real but I’m now believing the conspiracy stuff. One world socialist government. And decreasing the world’s population through abortion on demand, quelling of riots, nukes in the middle east, biological warefare, viruses....anything else?

Hey, I didn’t make this stuff up. I’ve read it here and there.

But, seriously, some stuff has happened in the last year that I never thought would come to pass so I’m up for believing anything.

Do you have a link about Palin saying she is in favor of amnesty for millions of illegals? I read a direct quote yesterday or the day before and she didn’t say that at all, in fact the opposite. That if they came here illegally they should go back. Of course I don’t have the direct quote either, but it was not at all what you claim. Just want to know if I have to cross her off the list.

I found a link to an interview with Palin in 2008, and after reading it, I have to agree with you, and I refuse to vote for her.

Sarah Palin Is Pro Amnesty For Illegal Aliens - Univision Interview [Old news, 2008]
Diggers Realm ^ | October 24, 2008

Univision: Do you then favor an amnesty for the 12 or 13 million undocumented immigrants?
Sarah Palin: No, I do not. I do not. Not total amnesty. You know, people have got to follow the rules. They’ve got to follow the bar, and we have got to make sure that there is equal opportunity and those who are here legally should be first in line for services being provided and those opportunities that this great country provides.

Univision: To clarify, so you support a path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants?

Sarah Palin: I do because I understand why people would want to be in America. To seek the safety and prosperity, the opportunities, the health that is here. It is so important that yes, people follow the rules so that people can be treated equally and fairly in this country.

There's no such thing as a moderate muslim. Islam is a violent political ideology with its own set of laws and court system. Religion is only one component used to impose islam on non muslim societies. Islam is anathema to the U.S. Constitution. The two cannot co-exist in the U.S.

Can someone tell me WHY the Muslims in Michigan know about an anti-Muslim sentiment that brought this group into the FBI’s gunsights but no one else does?

Right now this stinks to high heaven. It must be sorted out. Something must be given than the very vague “gun charges” and the rumors of “anti-muslim sentiment.”

I just read the “doctrine of the hutaree” from their website. Basically said that they believe in “faith” and being ready.

Here it is. Nothing “raidable” in this —

DOCTRINE OF THE HUTAREE
The Doctrine of the Hutaree is based on faith and most of all the testimony of Jesus. Hebrews 11:1, ‘Faith is the substance of things hoped for, The Evidence of things not yet seen.’

Jesus spoke of the ten virgins in Matthew 25: 1-12. The wise ones took enough oil to last the whole night, just in case the bridegroom was late. The foolish ones took not enough oil to last the whole night and figured that the bridegroom would arrive earlier than he did.

These bridegrooms represent the Christian church of today. The oil, just as Jesus explained, represented faith. If you read the story right, you find out that the people with enough faith to last as long as it might take are the wise ones. They know and believe in the testimony of Christ, even through the darkest and most doubtful of times. This day is soon.

The foolish ones are the ones who expect Christ to arrive too soon. They have brought for themselves only enough oil to last for a short time, having not enough faith to last through the darkest hours. When the time comes for those without enough faith, they will fall to the Anti-Christ’s doctrine. And it will make perfect sense to the whole world; even the elect.

We all as Christians should stand firm in Christ and believe in him until our uttermost end. The testimony must by no means pass away and we must spread the word believing in Christ’s words, even during the end times.

Now when that hour Christ arrives the foolish ones would have already left their waiting mark, their place in Christ. Then when he comes over, trumpets blowing, and clouds flowing, the wise ones will come to him in the clouds and into heaven. The foolish will then remember what they were ‘supposed to do’ and cry out loud to God and knock on heaven’s door. But read and you’ll find that it says that when the door is shut no one enters afterwards. They will knock and he will say, “Away with you, for I know you not.

I Peter 5:11, ‘And this is the Testimony, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.’

Believe in this word and spread it to all you can. Stand, stay and pray for the defense of the word. For we live by faith and cannot see nor understand what we believe, entirely, but nevertheless the reward is worth it in the end.

ETERNAL LIFE IS IN JESUS, AMEN.

If there is a plot to kill Muslims in Michigan, the FBI should be investigating. It is premature to say the FBI is doing something wrong. Freepers’ comments that FBI must “be on the wrong side” are ridiculous.

KInda hard for me to get worked up into a terrorist fear frenzy when the biggest threat we have ever, ever faced sits in Washington DC and is dismantling our institutions as I type this.

When Obama leaves the Whitehouse is when the FBI will investigate Muslim threats against Christians.

Until then it may actually be safer for a militia right now to post online, post real signs on their property, wear pro-Islam T-shirts and in any way they can show their support for Islam.

Its a well known fact the FBI is doing nothing against Muslim militias.

lets play their rigged game against them.

Both the current President and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have track records. Americans are still free to speculate regarding these events. Once we no longer are, it will be past premature and too late.

There’s nothing ridiculous about it. Freeper comments are a natural extension to the fear all of America feels while a dictator and a Muslim collaborator (Holder) run roughshod over our freedoms.

I can’t believe no one is mentioning the second half of this article. If true, it is absolutely chilling. Rounding up other militia members and families, tasing women, and hacking their websites to spread misinformation. Now I understand any crackpot can post anything on the internet. But I believe one must apply for posting privileges to the Hutaree website; so the poster may be someone honestly connected with that group.

If this pans out, THIS is the big story here. Not the muslim distraction.
