NW Florida is very conservative. Probably played into the decision to file in this particular U.S. District Court.
Senior Judge Roger Vinson is a Reagan Appointee...
I was stationed in Pensacola 74-78 on the Lex.
Let’s get ready to rumble...
Cool! Are you familiar enough with this court to know if this is fairly standard timing or is this one moving to the fast lane?
Well then. Guess the Administration will be appealing this one quickly to the appelate court.
Almost one wishes it could be expedited to the SCOTUS asap.
An early victory against fascism would be great!
I sure hope that this one is on an Expressway!!!!
They should also have a look at a certain birth certificate while they are at it.
Indeed! Tell you what would just make this old heart go thumpity thump is a temporary injunction from this court, then upheld by the circuit court, bringing the implementation of 0bamacare to a screeching halt!
Does Judge Vinson have the power to issue an emergency injunction to stop this madness?
Oh and the screeching that would ensue from Obama’s followers.
Love ya Pensacola! Love ta Bill McCollum!
Get the word out folks.
Floridains hate ObamaCare and Bill Nelson and Alex Sink are toast! McCollum is going to CRUSH Alex Sink in November.
This is good news folks. Florida hates ObamaCare.
I went and looked at what has been filed.
And it doesn’t look like they have requested an emergency injunction yet.
Har! Even better!!!
Really??! hmmm, things will get interesting..
To use the Star Wars (Episode 5) lingo, to the cheers of many rebels.
