LOLOLOL! He was series.

Thanks be to the democrats for their total control of the govt, and public hearings that give the public a chance to see previously under-the-radar idiots at work

We see here a Georgia democrat who makes Cynthia McKinney look like a genius. The people of certain Georgia congressional districts have an amazing capacity to select the perpetually stupid to serve their interest in Washington. Bless their hearts.

I think it's obvious that this congress scritter is an idiot. Whats more concerning is how many idiots must make up his district in order to elect someone this stupid to represent them.

He’s also the guy who said if the hosue didn’t censure Joe Wilson for shouting “You Lie” last year when Obama lied, that there would be people in white hooded robes running through the street.

On the other hand, he replaced Cynthia McKinney, so I think Congress is still better off.

It is scary to think that 219 people like this guy think they can run our health care system and make our choices better than we can.

On the other hand, maybe he likes death panels because he’s afraid if we get too many old people living in florida, our whole country might tip over and georgia might fall off.

This then raises the question of when someone is too impaired to have the reason to vote for legislation, taxes, decide on Armed Services appropriations and otherwise perform duties that affect all Americans and national security

If he is non compos mentis, this guy would have a guardian or conservator to manage his life. He wouldnt be capable of legally voting for socialist takeovers.

OK, it sure sounds like he is quite ignorant now. But think about this, from his history:
Johnson graduated from Clark College (now Clark Atlanta University) in 1976, was a member of Omega Psi Phi Kappa Alpha Alpha Chapter, Decatur, GA, and Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston in 1979; he practiced law in Decatur, Georgia for more than 25 years.

He was elected to the DeKalb County Commission in 2000 and served two terms. Prior to his service on the Commission, he worked as an Associate Magistrate Judge for ten years.[4]

The guy made it through college AND Law School, he was a practicing lawyer, and served as a judge for 10 years.

It is almost impossible to believe he was this stupid all his life. He has Hepititus C -- does that rot brain cells? Or maybe he has some other form of dementia, sad as that might be.

Or is it just that, being Black, he was able to do all those things while believing that islands are floating in the water?

I still love how the Admiral answered him with a straight face, as if the question made sense. It must be tough having to testify before Congress.

So far as I can tell, he is running for re-election. He is also a current member of the House leadership, so they not only don’t have a problem with him, they have elected him to a top position in the party — he’s the best and the brightest they have to offer.

OK, I don’t even believe that they believe that. He’s one of their affirmative action picks, meant to placate the Congressional Black Caucus.

No worries. He knows how to spend your money better than you do. Trust him. He’s the expert and you are the knuckle-dragging cave man. Perhaps we should have a competence requirement to serve in Congress. If we are forced to buy health insurance from the government, surely the government should have some sort of quid pro quo.

"It must be tough having to testify before Congress."

Yes, the comeback by the Admiral was great. "We don't anticipate that happening." If it were me, I would have just given him a dumbfounded look and said you can't be that stupid, can you Congressman? That admiral deserves a Navy Achievement medal for that performance. Perhaps we should even consider a Navy Cross since that was earned in legislative combat.

As for your statement about him going through college and law school, therefore he can't be dumb. I beg to differ. I have a bachelors degree and I can tell you there were a lot of dumb people (including professors) going through college.

You do have a point here. Let's be honest with ourselves. The video evidence submitted shows this poor Hank Johnson fellow to be so stupid he can't remember to draw the next breath without referring to crib notes written on the back of his arm.

I didn't think it was actually possible for a person to be so mentally incapacitated that they would be ineligible to serve as a U. S. Congressman, but I think we've found someone who fits that description.

You can't make this stuff up. Here is a video on YouTube of Rep. Hank Johnson Democrat Georgia speaking in the House of Congress to an Admiral Willard (Adm. Willard has to shove a finger into his own eye to prevent himself from bursting out laughing.). Watch, listen and learn. These are the people will be making health care decisions for you.

The Democrat solution is obvious...everybody on Guam should be weighed and then directed to stay at specific places on the island so the weight will be balanced. Sounds to me like a good project for Obama’s rats. Oh, and Michelle can make sure they eat enough organic vegetables so the balance doesn’t shift enough to make the island tip over.

In a reference to the KKK, Rep. Hank Johnson, D-Ga., said that people will put on “white hoods and ride through the countryside” if emerging racist attitudes, which he says were subtly supported by Rep. Joe Wilson, are not rebuked. He said Wilson must be disciplined as an example.
