First the problem was getting enough vaccine to treat the first flu pandemic in decades. Now the problem is getting rid of millions of doses of the H1N1 vaccine before they go bad.
An estimated 71.5 million of the 229 million doses of swine-flu vaccine bought by the U.S. have been put in vials and syringes and will have to be discarded if they arent used before their expiration date, the Washington Post reported this morning. Thats after 25 million doses bought by the U.S. are sent to poor countries, the paper said.

That explains the recent spat of tv ads warning to get your flu shots.
A small glimpse into the future of Obamacare. Of course, when it’s mandatory, there won’t be any left over.

I’m not sure if the only shortage was in free faccine but clearly most of the populace did not see this at the threat it was claimed to be.
And they are taking over our health care....
ML/NJ
AND by happy accident, one of Obama's cronies happens to own most of the stock in the company that produces it.
This ridiculous fraud was exposed for the fraud it is.
Few people bought into the hysteria and hype surrounding deaths from swine flu.
It was a money making scam for the drug companies who lobbied Washington for indemnity so they put an untested goo in peoples arms. FREE MONEY WITH NO RISK.
And exactly how many deaths resulted from this? Few for the benefits touted by the government, CDC and WHO.
I could post statement after statement from scientists and government officials in each state where they said the flu doesn’t appear to be any more virulent than other strains and in fact, is less severe than most.
FRAUD!
Oh, and I went to Mexico last May, during the height of this phony government induced hysteria and hugged all sorts of people and didn’t get anything except some mosquito bites.
hmmmmmm
Only vaccine I’ll ever take is a tetanus shot, and that’s if I cut myself on a rusty nail or something like that. Otherwise, forget it. Those things messed me up when I was a kid.
Prolly pour it into our drinking water.
Last week I asked about 7 guys who I play softball with if anyone in their family or anyone they know contracted the H1N1 virus and not a one of them knew of anyone who had.......Nobody got the vaccine either......
All I ever needed to know about swine flu I learned when I read that Obama purchased 50,000 shares of Baxter Pharm stock, maker of the vaccine, in 2007.
You'll definitely want Typhoid or Cholera shots if you are going somewhere where you could be exposed. As much as those hurt my arms for a week afterward, the full blown disease has got to be horrible!
Unless they are produced under a normal production run, I won’t take em (still wary of regular production run crap). Too many shortcuts and contaminations are possible when vaccines are rushed to production under strained conditions and emergencies, they suspend safeguards in the processing to get things out faster. That’s what we saw in some of the H1N1 stuff and I’d rather self quarantine and use my own meds and herbs to boost my system rather than deal with lifelong crippling consequences that you cannot recover from, nor hold anyone accountable for.
Stick it in the @$$e$ of the FDA, AMA, Medical Workers who administered it, Drug Company execs, all members of Congress who voted for ObamaCare, and for the Usurper who signed that legislation. I mean literally, until all the vaccine is gone.
Then, if there are no survivors and there is vaccine left, resurrect Nebuchadnezzar’s fiery furnace to dispose of the remaining vaccine.
Yeah, some “epidemic”
I had wondered why all of a sudden, the drug stores around here were advertising that they had swine flu shots.
One of my sons had swine flu in November. None of the rest of the family got it, even though we did not lock him in his room and feed him through the keyhole.
Yeah- here too- the expiration d’ate will get here before a genuine flare of the H1N1 so let’s manufacture a crisis.
Ya know, we've been on our own water well for nearly 50 years but all of a sudden we're having to register it this year, mmmmmmm mmmmmmm.
