Debunked? It it IS in the bill. When I first heard of this a couple of days ago, I looked it up. Now I can’t remember the section it is contained in - but the language was reasonably clear, including the presidential authority granted in it.

What needs to be really-really pushed is how this did happen, supposedly the bill was written or underwritten by Congress, the details never placed on the table for debate or reasonable review, yet pushed and voted on by Congress and signed into law by those which seek to undermine America…And the Rino’s said nothing about any of this…plus are currently running away from dealing with this as fast as possible…so I going to guess this was a complete inside deal for overthrowing the United States of America by both sides. For this is how many countries become like Hitler’s Germany, Cuba, South East Asia, Middle East, China, Balkans, Russia, and South American Banana Republics.

This has been debunked, by Ed Morrissey over at HotAir. The “Ready Reserve Corps” has apparently been around since at least 1944; all ObamaCare does to it is change some of its funding.
