A federal judge in Utah ruled in favor of the CIA in the agency's refusal to release documents regarding the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing.
U.S. District Judge Clark Waddoups Tuesday refused to order the agency to hand over the documents to Salt Lake City lawyer Jesse Trentadue, who filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the CIA in 2008.
The Salt Lake Tribune said Wednesday the ruling revealed for the first time that the CIA took part in the investigation of the 1995 bombing of the federal building in Oklahoma City, which killed 168 people.
Trentadue filed the FOIA request for documents he believes could shed light on the death of his brother at a federal prison a few months after the bombing. Trentadue's brother, a bank robber being held on a parole violation, was found hanged in his cell. Trentadue believes his brother may have been killed by guards who thought he knew something about the case.
The Tribune said the 12 contested documents also contain information about foreign nationals whose names came up in the case.

This may also relate to the curious presence of Lt. Andreas Strassmeier, the son of a prominent German politician, who was staying at Elohim City at the time of the bombing. He seems to have been connected with, or was a liaison to, the CIA. The BATF, FBI, and CIA all had double agents involved with the plotting.
Perhaps also the connection to Muslim Terrorists in the South Pacific.

Other than a one-month delay following the disclosure that the FBI withheld documents from the defendant, Bush and Ashcroft maintained that fast track.

Yes. Jayna Davis’s book is important. But folks also ought to read Brigadier General Partin’s report on the bombing. Also Ambrose Evans-Pritchard’s “The Secret Life of Bill Clinton.”
The people involved in the bombing were riddled with double agents from the FBI and the ATF. But instead of stepping in and arresting people before it went off, they appear to have helped with the bombing.

And that memo sent about an hour after the bombing to the OKC FBI from Washington, presumably sent by Jamie Gorelick, which stopped them looking for any swarthy complected guys.

Except for making videos of why TWA800 crashed, "so the relatives of the victims could understand what their lost loved ones might have gone through." A vital task for a foreign intelligence service to accomplish, no doubt.

Yep, it wouldn’t do to put out information that showed McVee was just a patsy, and that the ATF in combination with a middle-eastern jihad group actually planned the event and provided the explosives (which was NOT primarily diesel fuel-fertilizer). Wouldn’t do at all. That wouldn’t support Obamao’s goals.

Well..., then (if we're going with that type of thinking), we have to go back and say that it wouldn't support Clinton's goals either, since it was his administration that did it in the first place, and then -- we also have to say it wouldn't support President Bush's goals either -- since he never exposed it and made it clear what happened -- either.
That would put President Clinton, President Bush and President Obama -- all in the same basket, in regards to "revealing these things to the public" ... doncha know ... :-)

The very second that the second plane hit -- "there was clarity" which came out of that previous confusion. It was instantaneous, and one knew that it was a terrorist attack and (as for me), I knew within seconds, that it was Osama bin Ladin.
Of course, I had been following him and those like him since back before 1999, along with what Steven Emerson had been saying about the Islamic terrorists. I had already seen the "Declaration of War" against the United States, by Osama bin Ladin at that time (having seen it several years earlier).
So, with that second plane came "clarity" ...
When I pointed out the 9/11 Truthers... it was to show what this type of "mentality" produces, in looking at these various things. It doesn't matter if you're Democrat or Republican, with this type of thinking -- if you're Democrat, it was a Repbulican Administration that "did it" -- and if you're Republican, it was a Democrat Administration that "did it" -- with this type of thinking. The only thing that changes is which administration you're talking about ... LOL ..

As for the ME connection—there used to be recordings of the BOLOs available on the internet—haven’t looked for them lately, but certainly they were looking for at least one Middle-Eastern man in a brown pickup truck. Despite official claims to the contrary. Local news was playing them live, as they happened.

Yes, the 9/11 Truthers are just as crazy (for them saying that President Bush and his Administration was involved) as those who say that President Clinton was involved in the bombing of Oklahoma City, and that say that President Obama is involved in some conspiracy of the government to do something like that, and with those who say that it was the government (or they knew what was going on at the time) that shot down TWA Flight 800 ... LOL ...
They're all just as crazy as the next one.
And it seems to infect Republicans and Democrats the same way. If you're Demorat, you say "the Republicans did it" and if you're Republican, you say, "the Democrats did it" ... LOL ...

I think the main difference that clearly explains the "differentiation" of the two -- is that one group is comprised of Democrats and the other groups is comprised of Republicans.
