South African white far-right leader Eugene Terre'blanche, who fought to preserve apartheid in the early 1990s, was beaten and hacked to death at his farm on Saturday.
"He was hacked to death while he was taking a nap," one family friend, a member of Afrikaner Resistance Movement (AWB), told Reuters, requesting anonymity.

Actually I am surprised that it took long for him to get hacked to death.
South African blacks seem so rooted in “reality” they’ve got to make this bloody vision of South Africa a reality.

Folks Terreblanche was not as “far right” as the press made him out to be because his only crime was that he called for the restoration of the Boer Republics just as the late Robert van Tonder did from 1961 until his death in 1999. The term far right is often just a pejorative thrown at folks who are a danger to the status quo or who fight for their inherent right to self determination.
