Rep. Jane Harman (D-CA), speaking on Meet the Press this morning, equated with terrorists the thousands of Americans who thronged the Capitol during the recent Tea Party protests against the Democrats' takeover of the health care system.
Harman was talking about the arrests this week of 'militia' members charged with domestic terrorism and how their alleged plans were to use improvised explosive devices as part of a plot to kill law enforcement officers.
Harman directly pivoted from that to invoking the Capitol Police officers who guard Capitol Hill, saying that they were the only thing protecting Congress from a similar fate during the health care takeover protests.
Harman chairs the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Intelligence, Information Sharing and Terrorism Risk Assessment.

I don’t know about that. She represents a big Dem. district and she has a whole lot of money. The only good thing I can say about her is she hates Nancy Pelosi.

Also, I read where these militia guys in Michigan could be sentenced to life. How in the hell is a man that actually committed terrorist acts “free as a bird?”
I don’t know enough about the Michigan situation to support them but I don’t see our fbi targeting muslim groups that regularly make threatening remarks. I don’t see these folks given the same “justice system” obama’s friend bill ayers received.
Terrorists want to destroy America and what She stands for. Harman is doing so with her policies, thus a member of the enemy within. She is providing material support against the Constitution and for destroying America. She fits the definition of a terrorist.

Just curious, but do you know if they can revoke any future permits obtained for Tea Party protests?
