While we are not quite up to 1775 (Lexington and Concord) we are beyond the 1773 events of throwing tea into the harbor. Maybe the 1774 “Intolerable Acts”. Certainly the language of the “Progressives” is similar to that of the British Parliment when the latter passed the “Intolerable Acts”.
So? We have Constitutional right to keep and bear arms too, and that hasn't stopped Congress since 1937. We also have a right to a Natural Born Citizen as our President. Courts won't even look at that.

The only members of an unruly mob during the health care takeover protests were the thugs inside the capitol building. These people have been sequestered for so long that any dissent at all seems to them like a threat.
