'Only time will tell' on healthcare reform issue

Rancho Murieta Commentary By Kathryn Brodrick - Cruelty is the worst of human failings. Brutality, mental or physical, requires that the brutalizer cease to see the target as equally human, but merely as an object. At the same time, it’s a uniquely human trait to find the courage to push aside the urge to be cruel and remain present with the other person as an equal human. Throughout this fight for healthcare reform, we’ve seen a great deal of cruelty. A small minority of those who thought it was a bad idea have been egged into despicable behavior by a noise machine the likes of which has never before been seen.

The peasants never read history,

Controlling the schools, rewriting history books, allowing and even encouraging multilingualism are all proven methods of keeping the growing public in the dark.

Oops! your factoids are showing, Ms. Brodrick. I think just about every poll show it to be a majority who think it is a bad idea. As the details are vetted, that, ahem, minority, will grow.

Amazing! These people just lie their asses off, but WHO is going to hold them accountable? The problem in this country is not that it has scum like this and Obama touting crap. The outright dissolution is with the good men and woman who allow liars to get away with it!

If we as a people in the US do not care enough about upholding truth and standards we will cease to exist!

I didn’t bother reading the communistic drivel.

I give them 90 days.

Which is being nice by the way.

I suspect there will be an absolutely immense anti-Obamacare movement by July 4th that it will rock the very core of the country.

Nothing will cooperate with Obamas plans to create division across America, left, right and center will see through his Marxist plans and for all the right reasons will converge on this together, possibly just this one time in history.

UNITED we stand, DIVIDED....We fall.

You didn't miss much by not reading it. It is a collection of the usual barbara streissand memorized by those who spew as they are programmed.

As for rocking this country to the core, Yes,WE are the cavalry.

Gee, Kathryn, I feel that people need to be able to read about stuff that random people opine about. How about you donate, say 100% of your salary towards this cause? Because I feel, deep in my heart, as a moral, spiritual issue, that your writing adds nothing to the dialog. And that paying you nothing would not only be a very fair trade with regards to your employer, but it would help your employer employ other writers and keep their website going. It’s only fair, isn’t it? You trade your livelihood for my feelings, whaddya say?

And for those who don’t want to read the Constitution because they don’t like it or it’s irrelevant in the 21st Century etc., realize that this program like everything govt touches (except for the military*) will cost way more than promised and be vastly inferior to what it replaces.

If it weren’t inferior, those who had anything to do with cobbling obamacare together, or promoting it or voting for it would not have exempted themselves.

*Military succeeds in spite of the gov because it consists of dedicated volunteers.

It would be only fair if newspaper printers, writers, clerks, typesetters, internet posters, delivery persons would all work for free, because a for profit enterprise is not only unfair, but it taxes the system and takes advantage of the poor who must have the information on the pages or else die a terrible unknowing death.

The question then becomes, why is an embicile in this position? Does the management consider her an embicile? If so, why is she there?

If not, then what does it say about the owner of the rag?

Or perhaps he, too is angling for a non profit status? ( :-) )

Laguna del Sol has been a nudist club
since 1961. It was known as “Rawhide
Ranch” from the early 1970s until 1991,
when it returned to its beautiful, original
name.

Appropriate behavior at Laguna del Sol is the same as in any other family environment. Guests are expected to behave with good manners and judgment. Overt sexuality and voyeurism are not appropriate.

Yeah, time... because mathematics, history, societal models and real life examples never, ever work.

It doesn’t take time, it takes a reading of the Constitution.

Not to mention at least a rudimentary understanding of economics.
