It really is just about NOT EATING SO MUCH. Coupling this with ANY type of exercise will cause weight loss. Learn to appreciate feeling hungry and you will experience weight loss. I guarantee it!

I hear ya. But I like to eat. I eat when I'm hungry; drink when I'm dry. Moderation is nice.

Party Down when Reid and Pelosi are OUT of Office. Celebrations cause watchful dietary contraints to go to the wayside for just that time......

That sounds weird, but I agree 100%. Several years ago I lost 100 lbs. I grew to actually enjoy feeling hungry after a while.

In my experience, much of being fat is habits of eating and exercise. Overeating and not exercising is not intrinsically more fulfilling. When you change to healthy habits, after a while you become just as addicted to them
