Excellent observations. Universities are constantly promoting sex, the more perverse the better, and slapping "hate speech" charges on anyone who says, "But wait - that's wrong!" ... and yet they come up with lunacy like this.

What is going on down there? This policy operates under the assumption that woman can not be held responsible for any decision they make. As a woman I am outraged.

It's just an extension of the concept that all heterosexual sex is rape.

Back when the concept was promoted that, if a guy sleeps with a girl who's drunk, it's rape, nobody questioned the idea that a girl who's drunk is not responsible for her actions and thus cannot consent, yet a guy who's equally drunk is held utterly responsible for all his actions.
