Scud Crisis Threatens War between Israel, Hizbullah

Israel does not see the US as fully responsible for it's security BUT...unfortunately Israel cannot act in a vacuum alone. With the world scrutinizing and unfairly criticizing Israel for breathing, she must always check, verify and coordinate most of her moves ahead of time with Washington.
This is an amazing double-standard.
In many ways, she is a vassal state. Everytime she tries to look out for her national and security interests, the world (UN) steps in to save the Arab's rear end from another misadventure.
History shows that tiny nations (no matter how powerful) must try to work in conjunction with larger, more powerful nations in order to further thier interests.
This time though...all bets are off as Obama is showing no clear leadership and support to allies...
