Grahamnesty alert!
How can these educated men buy into the carbon hoax ?
Cap and trade isn’t going to die easy. Too much money invested in it and I suspect a good bit of that money was taxpayer dollars.
dumbest of the dumb awards handed out later today, it was a tie, they are all pretty dumb
the globull warming crowd hasn’t yet figured out the whole world knows it’s a lie
I think it is not so much that there is that much government money thrown away into this sink hole as these leftist see two incredibly tempting goals this would help with: 1) bring in vast amounts of new money stolen from the people and the people have little choice but to pay it 2) it brings the people further under control by lowering the standard of living, or, if you try to avoid the tax you must crowd into a tightly packed urban center and live in a tiny hovel giving up what is left of your freedom.
That is why this will not die easily and why it makes no difference what the scientific facts are - it has no more to due with science and climate than the “health care bill” had to do with health care.
Take a gander at a list of members in the Chicago Climate Exchange.

Graham needs to go. He is the uber Rino.
All is well in the commune when you are all millionaires, exempt from Sor0bama Deathcare and exempt all your ‘expenses’ including your ‘taxes’.
Or, if you married one.
“Transportation for America, a coalition of alternative transportation, public health, housing and environmental groups, spearheaded a second letter to the senators that was signed by 40 organizations, including passenger and high-speed rail interests, planning groups and cycling advocates.”
For a glimpse of what Transportation for America envisions our future:

What is the matter with that sissified commie??
A coalition of 27 groups led by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, the American Public Transportation Association, and the American Road and Transportation Builders Association, wrote in their April 1 letter, “New fees placed on transportation fuels should be dedicated to the Highway Trust Fund and invested along with other surface transportation funds under a multi-year highway and transit authorization bill.”
So all the special interest groups are wanting them to pass it because they want the dollars.
It is really too bad that noone on Capitol Hill works for the interests of the American people.
We need to put ten million patriots on the mall soon.
They are intent on killing the economy and the middle class by all means necessary.
Graham is a nwo hack and rino.
So much for his bs that obamacare meant nothing else going through right?
The only possible thing that may save us is a massive fiscal collapse to where these thieves and tyrants are simply unable to do any of this garbage.
They simply don’t care what we think or what is good for the middle class.
Why did you say that this was from National Review Online? It’s from National Journal — quite some difference there. Let’s keep it honest here, OK?
Carbon law is about much more than just another tax, although it is that. It puts the central government in the middle of every decision anyone makes. There isn’t a single decision in your life, and not a single decision in the course of your business that can’t be construed to have some effect on “carbon”. Not one. This law lays the groundwork for the Obamists to have a seat at the table when you make even the smallest decision.
You will have to have their permission to breathe, and you will have to pay a tax on it, and you will have to buy an offset from one of their broker friends who brokered the deal for another one of their friends who is selling the offset based on some make-believe transaction. It enshrines rule by a mafia masquerading as brokerages. They’ll take a cut of everything you ever do until the day you die.

Education doesn’t stop them from being corrupt.
