While Congress considers sweeping new legislation to permanently institutionalize the bailouts and federal control of our financial system (right on the heels of their health care takeover, of course) several other sweeping power grabs are going on outside the spotlight of legislative debate. Indeed President Obama seems to believe that most of his sweeping agenda to transform the country can be accomplished without even a vote of Congress. The chart seen above and found here shows what the administration is up to.

Both of those efforts are now escalating. The EPA has now finalized its vehicle emissions rule, for the first time regulating global warming under the 1970 Clean Air Act. While EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson is trying to calm a political backlash by promising the delay the onslaught of regulations (the overall blueprint is over 18,000 pages and regulates almost everything that moves and lots of things that stay put) she remains committed to them. The Senate will have a key vote on S.J. Res. 26, which would stop the EPA, some time in May.

Why resrict ourselvesto constiutional means? Obama and his junta have no regard for it, and are destroyinng it as we speak. I agree that constitutioal means are best but there is no need in his situation to restrict ourselves to them.
Extra-constitutional means may be necessary, simply because Obama as a tyrant knows how to manipulate the powers of the constitution to his own sordid ends, having no regard for it.
Extra costitutional methods may be necessary, and justified in this case, just as the declaration of independence states in its preamble.Obama would also not expect that.He exoects we constitutionlists to be good according to the constuitution we suport and defend.We may need to be very, very bad.
You can buy gas additives at any auto-parts store that will help you pass.
They are typically added to the gas tank a week before the expected test, the car driven as per the instructions (and not otherwise), and the whole tank consumed before the test. Then, other additives are added to the next tank, and you're ready to test.
A car mechanic can help you with this scrubbing process; he can de-carbonize the engine as a first step.
I think it helps if you use an oxygenated fuel (gasohol) or use an alcohol-based additive (methanol, isopropanol -- if you're desperate, you can even try 91% rubbing alcohol [isopropyl alcohol = isopropanol] -- when you go to test. Again, an experienced mechanic's advice will help.
By the way, don't go dumping isopropyl alcohol, etc., in your tank on a regular basis. It has side effects that are not good: it tends to dissolve the plastic anti-corrosion lining sprayed on the inside surface of your gas tank, for instance. Once in a while is okay, but don't make it a habit.
when are some of the ‘free’ states going to declare their independence from this stuff? when will they declare epa, dept energy/education regulations void in their states? I’d gladly send my tax dollars to my state, and let them decide how much to send to DC.
Time to end any of the thieves meeting in DC anyway. Let them do netconference and keep their feet to the fire with the people they are supposed to represent!

1) It is illegal for unelected bureaucrats to write law. Only Congress may write law, and it cannot give away that law-making power to unaccountable bureaucrats.
2) Congress may, at anytime, strip away the law making power of any bureaucratic agency but refuses to do so.
3) Unelected bureaucrats writing law is one of the primary features of a dictatorship.
Draw your own conclusion.
They won't. With 0bama grabbing power as he is, they can deny responsibility.

The President signed an Executive Order Jan 11 establishing a Council of Governors to strengthen further the partnership between the Federal Government and State Governments to protect our Nation against all types of hazards.
When appointed, the Council will be reviewing such matters as involving the National Guard of the various States; homeland defense; civil support; synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities.
The bipartisan Council will be composed of ten State Governors who will be selected by the President to serve two year terms. In selecting the Governors to the Council, the White House will solicit input from Governors and Governors’ associations.
Once chosen, the Council will have no more than five members from the same party and represent the Nation as a whole.
Federal members of the Council include:
the Secretary of Defense,
the Secretary of Homeland Security,
the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism,
the Assistant to the President for Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement,
the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Americas’ Security Affairs,
the U.S. Northern Command Commander,
the Commandant of the Coast Guard, and,
the Chief of the National Guard Bureau.

Obama for America, Obama's 2008 political campaign, merged with the Democratic National Committee in January and is now known as Organizing for America, or OFA.
The movement some call "Obama 2.0" is now recruiting students and offering to provide credits toward degree plans in exchange for their advocacy skills.
A message from OFA national volunteer coordinators announcing the recruitment campaign and internship opportunities has been posted on several websites and on Facebook.

FOR YOUR REFERENCE The phrase "to gain executive branch authority" was first heard 70 years ago, or so.....part of a package called "The Enabling Acts"......although it was written in German. The Enabling Acts granted "the executive" the authority to write new laws and change old laws without oversight.

If they want people who take drugs to bankrupt our health care system, because they want to insure the whores who vote for them because they do not like their husbands as “masters” (to take from their class warfare language libelling free people as slave masters), then so be it.
