Actually, they’re called “fiddleheads.” They are ferns that haven’t “unfurled” yet. Popular with old-time Maine folks, but I’ve never tried them.
Seriously, though, I’m in Maine, and this is the first I’ve heard of this restroom / lockerroom ban. My guess is that it’s a bill proposed by one sole moonbat that won’t go anywhere.
