Note how none of this "observation" reflects on the girl who was abused and harassed by a gang of kids in Massachusetts and was denied intervention by the school system. She felt so rotten by the harassment that she committed suicide and her persecutors are being charged in her death. But she was a heterosexual who'd been sexually active with some of her harassers so she gets no national day of mourning.
It's "not" like a church where there is rampant molestation. Each case of teacher-child sexual relations is "consensual" and a "rare isolated incident". The NEA is in "no way" responsible or accountable for any cover that the teachers get. Some just manage to get reassigned without prosectution for purely mysterious reasons.

I think all the kids should shut up in class, when appropriate, but especially the ones with axes to grind.
My kids will go to public school on Friday, but will sit out the even worse day that is coming: I think CA has Harvey Milk day coming sometime in May, right? We will not be celebrating the life of the gay guy who got shot while ignoring the straight people who were shot in in the same incident.

my area is more against this than for it and so are the schools and teachers.
Even Christmas they got around by saying Christmas around the world concert.
I called last year about this and the woman and teachers had no clue about it and everyone of them said that is was sick plus they would never allow that sort of thing in the schools here..

Why is it derogatory? They call themselves “queer”. Would you prefer that? Have you seen the Logo tv channel recently?

homo is short for homosexual, there is nothing wrong with using that unless one plays the PC game, it’s an abbreviation plain and simple
so when franks is called a homo well it is the truth.
