He should be investigated for identity theft if even one person’s identity was stolen. The guy is obviously a moron, Ok who in their right mind, being asked by a total stranger for their social security number, would say Ok here it is. When they call me from my credit card company asking me for the last four digits in order to identify me I refuse to give it to them..who would give it to a total stranger on the street. If somehow his message was screen shot he could be facing a lot of years in the pokey
Could be some parsing going on. I think the original discovery was that the website was constructed with school district software, not equipment. And, for what it’s worth, my dad was a school teacher, and maintaining high standards of personal conduct was just accepted as part of the job. Of course, that was back in the day...

So, he’s had to lawyer up. I hope they are billing by the hour and at the standard rate.
He was advocating criminal activity by asking that social security numbers of TP member be collected. He stated that a lot more mischief could be done once the SS numbers were collected.
But since when do people give out SS numbers?
Taking the numbers probably isn’t criminal, but he definitely suggested the could have more fun after getting them. That is why the school board slapped him down.
Thing is, who gives out their SS number? I sure don’t.
