One of the best is a disguise that causes computer face recognition systems to see your eyes and chin in different places. Those are the two easiest changes to confuse computer systems. Changing hair color, length, facial hair, stance, jewelry, clothing styles, etc. also help a person to get lost.

This has the making of a great “reality TV show.”
Sort of “Digital Mantracker.” The contestents get a short head start and have to stay in the 48 states. The winner will be the trackers who catch runners, and the runners who evade capture.
Put 100K or higher bounties on the runners, and you’ll get some motivated mantrackers. Do the same as a reward for runners who go uncaptured and you’ll get good runners.
