...but if it had been a Muslim head of state who was killed, he would have moved heaven and earth to get to the funeral and would have declared a national day of mourning in the US!! Any leader, of any kind, would have at least made a cursory attempt to show respect to the leader of a close ally. This guy is a no class, spoiled, narcissistic little boy who thinks everything revolves around only him. Boy is he in for a rude awakening some day soon!!!
Meanwhile, I sent a note of condolence to the Embassy, never thinking I’d get a reply, but I did.

Some would say the noblest sacrifice for the country.
Nobody's saying he should fly to Poland. But wouldn't it be nice if he instead spent the afternoon visiting the Polish embassy to express the condolences of the American people, rather than taking the day off and hitting the golf course?

To me, that’s not the point ‘ to lose AF 1. I think it’s a HUGE insult to the memory of the souls that went into the earth burning - to play golf. I can understand why he didn’t go. But to play golf when the world is morning 90 some odd people. Obama has no taste, no finesse

I can’t say on this post what I would like to say about him. I’ve read he has no friends among his peers worldwide - even Chavez and Castro make fun of him. I guess we have to consider from whence he came.... possibly a thatched roof hut in Kenyan and I think they eat with their hands there. It takes a long time to develop saviore faire - if you’re trainable. To learn all the niceities of the civilized world is probably more difficult than I had ever imagined. He probably insists on eating off melmac when no one is around and tosses his cigarette butts across the west lawn.
Considering the respect paid to Ronald Reagan by Lech Walesa, Obama should have shown the same respect for Poland's loss. That picture is so symbolic..It still brings tears to my eyes.
He should have done the appropriate thing: visit the Embassy instead of playing golf.
